So..... I went for IV Vitamins. I spoke with Dr. Thiesen the medical director and he took his time to explain to me how this works and that I don't just "pee"them out and waste my money . We discusses what i needed and the decided on my Vitamin cocktail.They were very flexible in scheduling and Dr. Theison actually administered the IV himself! Not gonna lie the needle hurt a little, but full disclosure I am a bit of wimp with needles.I was offered red/ blue light therapy on my face as IV was dripping for $20 extra---- of course I wanted it! So in my recliner with my light machine on my face---- tasted the vitamin in my mouth almost immediately. Was so relaxed as my hot premenopausal body was instantly cooled by the fluids. Took about 30 min. When I left i didn't feel any different, but 5 hrs later I feel great!!!!! Very impressed with the entire experience and quality of the spa. A++++. hello everyone Today i visit dermatology services inc…read more for an issue im having that i been noticing that i been losing more hair than normal and i wanted to get an opinion from a doctor well my husband called the place and set the appointment they told him that the visit will cost 75 dollar witch i though it was reasonable , they told him that when you walk in you pay the 75 as deposit and after the appointment if there is any other service like biopsy etc i will pay the difference well today i walk in i check in fill up the paperwork, paid the 75 dollars and told the person on the desk i was self pay i was taken to the back to see the doctor, i believe her name was Courtney well she walk in ask me maybe like 10 questions, look at my head very quickly maybe im asking to much but i was expecting for her to use a hand loup maybe pull some hair i dont know some sort of test , that was not the case she was just looking for bold spots .. after a quick look on my head she told me that is probably stress and that i need to get some blood work with i was expecting , and she prescribe a shampoo.. well i went to the desk to check out ask them to print the a copy of the address of the pharmacy where she send the prescription ask i there is anything else that i need to do they said no i left feeling like i just wasted 75 dollars, i could have diagnose me with that on a YouTube video.. well as soon as i arrived at the house i received a call from them saying that they forgot to charge me the 220 dollars for the visit ( just to see the nurse / doctor) i was shock neither my husband or me knew that there were gonna be another charged. I Explain to the lady that no one told me there were be another 220 just to see the doctor , then she put me with the clinic manager on the phone i explain to her what had happened she was like oh i understand you frustration it was a mistake on our part for nor telling you when you check in , we usually don't deal with patients with out insurance , plus the lady that check you in it was a new girl and she forgot to told you. i told her i understand that... but her or you guys mistake is now costing me 210 dollars.... on a pandemic. then she offer me a 50% discount with still its making the visit 180 dollars which is making it out my budget still so i just told then to bill me, she suggest to pay little by little ... ugh! im so upset they need to work on making clear to customers about the fees if they would have told me that there was another 220 dollars to pay after i see the doctor i would have just walk out. When my husband call they never told him that there will be another fee just to see the doctor they said if there was ''another service" like a biopsy etc.. which i did not have, she literally spend with me 10 minutes on the room needless to say i will never come back ever again i feel so disappointed guys look else were for you dermatology services...
