Her focus on her business shows! The spa is immaculate! The interior is beautiful! The staff is exceptional and knowledgeable! Everyone is very welcoming. I would like to also recognize Charlotte from the front office. She had such a warm and friendly personality. She was very helpful! I wish I could remember the other girls names from the front, but I can assure you, they all do a wonderful job from the minute you walk in the door until the time you leave. I also had a consultation with Olivia the same day! Such a sweet young woman! Talk about thorough! No questions needed to be asked! She definitely knows her job like the back of her hand. So..... I went for IV Vitamins. I spoke with Dr. Thiesen the medical director and he took his time to explain to me how this works and that I don't just "pee"them out and waste my money . We discusses what i needed and the decided on my Vitamin cocktail.They were very flexible in scheduling and Dr. Theison actually administered the IV himself! Not gonna lie the needle hurt a little, but full disclosure I am a bit of wimp with needles.I was offered red/ blue light therapy on my face as IV was dripping for $20 extra---- of course I wanted it! So in my recliner with my light machine on my face---- tasted the vitamin in my mouth almost immediately. Was so relaxed as my hot premenopausal body was instantly cooled by the fluids. Took about 30 min. When I left i didn't feel any different, but 5 hrs later I feel great!!!!! Very impressed with the entire experience and quality of the spa. A++++. Will repost in days to come to update on effects---- Day three---- feeling amazing! Have so much energy but not like nervous coffee energy. My trip to this store really made me sad honestly. I went to return a gift from a friend and had…read morethe gift receipt. The cashier was having trouble figuring how to do the return with the gift receipt, so the manager came over, explained how to do it, and the cashier took it from there. She asked if I used it and I said no, my friend got it for me, and I knew I wouldn't like the lip gloss flavor. She continued through the transaction and gave me a receipt to sign, and the original copy. As I walked away from the desk I noticed there wasn't any kind of store credit or gift card, so I asked the manager. She apologized and said the cashier had refunded the money back to my friend's card, but said she would be able to void it, and that she would make sure that I got my gift. After checking at the register she said she wouldn't be able to void it because of the card type. I assumed because she was the manager she would make an effort to fix it, but she said something along the lines of unfortunately there's nothing more she could do, and that I would not be able to pick out anything as a replacement for my gift. I felt so silly, like a child, but I was really honestly very sad about the whole experience. I had to leave without a gift. I told the manger that I guess if I was ever in a similar situation in the future, I should probably just ask for the manager to make sure it was done correctly, and she said "it was an honest mistake". I told the cashier when I arrived that it was a gift I received from a friend, and that I had a gift receipt. You would think that would be enough to understand that I should receive a gift card or store credit to use to replace my gift. The most upsetting part is not even that the cashier made this thoughtless mistake in the first place, but that the manager did nothing about it and just said sorry I couldn't get my gift. This whole situation totally sucked, and I'm really disappointed, as this shouldn't be so complicated and upsetting.
