This was my first time having an appointment here. I always drive by it on the way to and from work, so I decided to give it a shot. Their pricing is pretty good compared to other places I've gone. The staff was extremely friendly, my masseuse was Isreal they did a great job. I suffer from chronic pain and when I left feeling so much relief. They have a good size parking lot which is definitely a plus. I highly recommend and can't wait to go back. My only thing is there is only two chairs in the waiting area but I was called in pretty soon after arriving. read more

I got a one hour therapeutic massage by Lyndia and left there pain free. my lower back pain has improved by 90% and it's been almost 2 weeks. I am going back this week for another appointment. Horrible experience secretary' was a bitch! Her attitude was horrible! Called their Mattapoisett office to schedule an appointment so I assumed I would be going to Mattapoisett low and behold I was scheduled in New Bedford. We called to say I was going to be late instead of saying do you know where we are located considering we are new customers no they didn't so I drove all the way to Mattapoisett to find out my appointment was in New Bedford yes my bad I should have looked more into my confirmation email but when you call a certain office one should think it would be at that office right? So my hour massage turned to a half hour the massage was alright the room was cold as shit the bed was cold and the therapists hands were cold how is anyone supposed to relax if it's freezing! Owner had my previous review removed and this used to be a place where you could leave truthful reviews. 2nd time around much scaled back and cannot list details-The ones that do the actual work are A+ and perform excellent work. it is the owner of this place that has serious humanity issues she needs to look at. I went for 3 massages in the last year. The massages were excellent and the therapist was very good. Where they lost me was the environment as the tenants upstairs talked and laughed loudly which took away from my experience. After this happened the first time I booked 6 PM appointments but the same irritating noises from upstairs totally ruined the atmosphere so I have not returned. read more
