I've been coming here for years and they have always been consistent and accommodating whenever possible. The staff are always so warm and welcoming, sometimes it feels like catching up with an old friend. I've seen multiple therapists over the years and no one uses the same technique. Everyone has their own style and if you're looking for something specific communicate with the staff, they will do their best to pair you with someone who might be right for you. For a great deep tissue massage Claudia, Jen or Karen are excellent. If you are looking for a REALLY deep tissue massage see Jahphina. I always come in tense and sometimes stressed, but I always leave feeling like 10lbs was lifted off of my shoulders and completely decompressed.

It was dark out and difficult to see the sign anywhere, so we drove by a couple of times before realizing which building it was (tip: the building says "professional and business center") By the time we walked in, our stress disappeared as we were pleasantly greeted by Megan and Monna. I've been to this spa several times and usually enjoy my visits, but my last experience was very…read moredisappointing. The massage itself was excellent--the therapist was great--but the payment situation ruined it. I was shocked to find out they're cash only. In the past, I've always paid with my debit card, so this made no sense. Instead of leaving relaxed, I had to walk to an ATM, get hit with fees from both the machine and my bank, and come back just to pay. To make matters worse, there wasn't a single sign anywhere stating "cash only." That's completely unfair to customers and left a bad impression. The service was great, but until they clearly post their payment policy, I won't be rushing back which is unfortunate because I do enjoy my massages here.

However, when booking from the available slots online they called me to state there wouldn't be enough time to complete the service so I had to move my appointment earlier, no problem. There is plenty of parking here which makes things easier. When I first walked in, the atmosphere felt a little stuffy. It doesn't have your typical salon atmosphere as it is nestled in what appears to be a house. & The customer service wasn't bad, just somewhat indifferent at first. My stylist also came off a bit reserved initially, and I wasn't sure we were clicking, but after talking for a while things became a bit more comfortable. I didn't leave with the exact haircut I originally asked for, but honestly, I do really like how it turned out. My stylist had over 10 years of experience and it definitely showed in the quality of the cut and her technique of hand painted highlights. Overall, while the experience started a little awkwardly, but I left happy with my hair and may consider coming back in the future.
