I've been going to Four Elements for 13 years, following them through 3 different locations and trying different services as they have expanded. I saw Shannon for a maternity massage and it was exactly what I needed. Perfect amount of relief and relaxation, and Shannon is very accomodating. I've been getting my hair cut by Kathy for years and am always pleased with the results. She really knows her stuff and is able to tame my wild and difficult hair. I feel comfortable just telling her to use her judgement because I know it will come out looking good. She takes the time to make sure I am happy with the cut and color, and recommends appropriate products to keep my hair healthy. The entire staff at the salon are always friendly and welcoming. I take my children there to see Shelly as well and am always happy with their cuts. She is very kid friendly and they are always happy to go see her. I have had a few experiences in the salt cave and have found it very relaxing and worth the time. I have also purchased several salt lamps from Four Elements that are always a big hit as gifts. She always going above and beyond to make sure your experience in the spa is above perfection. I always have such troubles with shoulder and back issues and when i leave four elements I'm able to finally have less issues! 5 stars for Shannon! Kathy, the owner is another person that is always reaching for the stars to make the experience at her business absolutely perfect! She always strives for new ideas to bring to her salon. I've been getting my hair cut at Four Elements for years, so when I heard they'd opened a salt cave I was more than a little intrigued. I tried it out with a friend a few weeks ago and loved it! Inside, phones aren't allowed, talking is limited to whispers and meditation is encouraged; basically, the 45 minutes I spent in there were some of the quietest and most reflective moments of my life. That alone would have been worth my time, but after leaving the spa, I also noticed the sore throat I'd had for two days was totally gone. I loved everything about my experience at four elements!! I got the laser hair removal treatment and was so pleased. The results are nothing short of amazing!! When I got there I was greeted with friendly staff and a very clean environment. The salon was extremely calming and throughout my whole treatment I felt very safe! My hair before the treatment was extremely thick and I had to shave every other day. After one treatment, I've noticed a huge difference!! I went to Four Elements for a bachelorette party a few weeks ago with seven other ladies. Coming from the Metro Boston area, I had never heard of Westport, MA - or Four Elements, or the famous Salt Cave they had to offer (along with all the other spa services). It was a great experience, from the cave to my massage, and most importantly the customer service from the staff, and a big shout out to Phyllis for making sure we were always taken care of. Cannot recommended them enough!! I have had just about every service done here, and Ive been more than satisfied with each visit!! The owner is very friendly and informative, the front desk staff are very inviting and helpful, the estheticians are both very thorough and knowledgeable, love the hair stylists and the massage therapists know just how to relax you. The salt cave is the perfect getaway. They also have so many wonderful self care products available. I was driving from Connecticut to Massachusetts for my Birthday. I wanted a spa day at last minute, so was able to book salt cave and massage, but facial was all booked up. I had the best massage by Taylor, and because it was my Birthday, I had a compliment Birthday gift by having Salt Cave for free. I can't wait to go back to have massage, facial, and Salt Cave again. I had never heard about Four Elements until I saw a special they were running on groupon. I picked up a one hour massage for 35 dollars so i figured why not give it a try. The salon/spa was very clean, calm and welcoming. The staff was friendly and professional. I had a massage with Shannon and she did a great job working out my kinks. Wonderful couples massage in a cave that felt like a dream! Hilda was was extremely kind and efficient! 90 minutes is just what I needed for someone who works two jobs. The salt experience was new to me, but I absolutely loved the lightfog of salt that filled the room as we relaxed during our massage. Fun little find in Westport. I had a massage with Helda, who did a fantastic job with just the right amount of pressure. I hurt my neck the day before and she took great care not to irritate it.
