The staff is friendly, the salon is comfortable but clean, you immediately feel like you are among friends. I would definitely suggest this to friends looking for a salon. The tech doing my nails also seemed angry the whole time because I'm having to entertain my daughter and remind her constantly not to touch her nails. I also asked my tech to be careful with one nail because I have problems with it becoming ingrown, well instead she just didn't clean up any of the skin around my nails. Okay whatever.. but now my 5 year old is getting impatient and not listening because it's been an hour. Now a day later, the cherry on top is my gel polish is peeling off.
