So I started calling around anc found farmer John Hughes at Gila River Cattle. He spent time talking to us about the difference between grass fed and grain fed. We learned so much from him. Based on those conversations we decided to buy a cow. John walked us through the entire process from saying we wanted it. To how we were getting charged. To what cow was ours. To how to deal with the processing company. He helped throughout the entire process. We picked the grass fed cow and received our cow yesterday and couldn't be happier. John had been so open and helpful and even wants customers to come visit. I love the fact that it's a family business. We will be ordering again.

They help you find what you're looking for and continue to bring you different sizes and options to the dressing room so you can stay in there until you get the right fit. That's huge for me. I hate to get dressed to come out for a different size. Not sure if the value is great compared to online but you can't get the immediate results and customer service like you can one on one plus I like to support local businesses.

This store looks nice from the outside & the inside is nice as well however the merchandise is limited & overpriced. No one greeted me when I came in ever though they saw me. They have a sign on their door that says they carry Blue Buffalo however when I went to get dog food I was very disappointed to find that the Blue Buffalo area was a small end cap with 2 small bags of dog food & 1 bag of cat litter ... really?! When I asked the cashier how often they ordered Blue Buffalo she said it wasn't often because "they have a five hundred dollar minimum". While I was there, a man came down from an upstair area. He looked so crabby & the 2 employees working in the store got this look on their face like "oh here he comes". The cashier told him to have a good day & he mumbled something & walked out. Seemed like a real jerk to me. This place better get it together if they want to stay in business. I was the only person in the store on a Saturday ... that was weird to me since, in my experience, feed stores are usually really busy on the weekends.

Frustrating when you pay for a service and do not get what you paid for. My review is actually for Kim's VIPet Salon an extension of the feed store. What good is showing a picture of your goal if the groomer is going to cut the dog and make it look like every other dog in town. When I called to speak with the groomer, all she could say was "I guess I didn't look at the picture good enough, and I cut her how we always do, and I will write it on her chart." Don't bother writing anything on her chart because she will not be back. Her face was half way grown out, now that you shaved it, I have to start over and have 2 more months of an awkward stage, thanks for obviously not listening to our wants, and giving us exactly what you give everyone else. Complete with one bow in the middle of the head when we specifically said and showed the picture of one bow on each ear. My dog looks absolutely HORRIBLE and I am embarrassed for her. I will be telling everyone where she got such a horrible haircut, and how bad she smelled and how bad her hair felt, and how I had to bathe right away her when she got home, I guess bathing is not included. It is the worst feeling to pay for something and get nothing close to what you want. Once again a Safford business has failed. Small business owners wonder why we all go out of town for things, this is exactly why. Sorry does not fix what you have done to my dog.
