Been coming here for quite a few months and right when I was starting to give hope to this grooming…read moreservice, they instantly lost all my trust and service. I am someone who tries to be an optimist and will give situations multiple chances before making a final opinion. But this time is my last time. My dog was working with one groomer in specific (Sofie M) and they seemed to have an understanding for each other. Recently I found out that she left the company, and my dog had to go to another groomer. Not only did I come back to my dog's hair being terribly cut, but I had to pay a fee for him being 'too much'. The groomers said that the reason was because of my dog but it leads me to question how (with the exception of the very first time) for months everything was fine but now he is acting up? They then told me that they would not be able to help my dog unless I drugged him. In addition, the blonde lady has given me extreme attitude the last 3 visits and had acted annoyed that she has to be there and help me. She not only had me wait but she had me wait to continue to be on her phone. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because I understand people have off days, but this last time made me think not only is that maybe her personality but also maybe my dog wasn't the problem. So, it's not okay for dogs to act up when they don't feel safe but it's okay for humans to? It is truly shocking that people who are supposed to be able to work with animals can't work with them unless they are drugged.

He just shrugged and said the women that usually answered the phone wasn't in for the last few days. I asked about what I was looking for and he said he doesn't work on that side and has no idea. I try to support local businesses but I ended up at PETCO where I will probably go back again next time.

Now, if they can tame "The Presh", anyone can. they are just the sweeetest group of people and they did a fantastic job!! and when i saw Presh on their facebook page, we were over the moon. thank you. would HIGHLY recommend. And presh has stopped ripping huge chunks of her fur at night!

4 paws up for HuggleHound toys!!…read more The Beloved Goldendoodle has a couple of their toys, and his current BFF is a crocodile (we have named him Lyle, in case anyone remembers the children's book from years ago about Lyle the Crocodile living in NYC) that has had a bit too much love. I noticed that he currently has a mangled ear, and figured I would buy a couple of new ones; unfortunately, I didn't see "Lyle" anywhere on HH's website (I thoroughly checked it twice). I sent an email to customer service with a photo to see if he was still available, and received a reply first-thing the following morning from Beth; sadly, he has been discontinued, but she located a vendor for me and a few new crocodiles will be arriving soon (which will be known as Lyle, Lyle and Lyle). HH's toys are terrific, they have a lot of them as college mascots, and when they get really gross you can toss them in the wash. 5 Stars for Beth as well for the quick reply, she obviously understands that this was a toy emergency.

I actually wish I knew what the treats tasted like, because they actually look yummy...and the dogs tear them up. I love going into this little shop simply because they are dog friendly and EVERY time I stop in I get to meet some cute pups. The women running this place are absolutely great and they are SOOOO helpful. The stuff in here is very cool too, stuff for dogs and cats with friendly customer service...the only downside to the store is that it is a bit small so they don't have a ton of room for inventory...they also don't sell big bags of food (not enough room). It's kind of like a dog boutique. Very cool...I love stopping in here, and you will too!

Rockaway Townsquare is a great mall to stop at, located directly off Interstate 80, and can't be…read moremissed. The mall is fairly big, with two floors, carrying a lot of familiar brand stores, and even ones that I'm sure some have never heard of. The interior has a modern look, which I'm sure had its renovation done a couple or several years back, but adds up looking clean and nice. It's in no condition of being a dead mall, despite there being a couple of closed stores, specifically anchor stores that don't exist anymore (pretty much all malls these days). The food court has a number to offer, with some of its usual eateries and a couple of ones that will blow your mind. Plenty of tables are provided to fit many people. For restaurants, there are Red Robin, The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang's, Muldoon's Steakhouse & Pub, and Chipotle Mexican Grill. I wouldn't mind coming back to this mall, but won't be anytime soon due to how far I am.

We were so excited to see these machines as they had genuine limited gachapon straight from Japan! The price to play each machine ranges from 4 to 5 tokens and each token is $1. This is quite expensive but for the experience I'd say it's worth trying once or twice! If you're an anime fan, they had quite a bit of gachapon from popular animes like demon slayer, spy x family and dragon ball z. There is a machine that accepts cash or card which will give you the tokens to play. We also found a cool cotton candy maker vending machine near the food court but it was super expensive, I believe $10 or so for one and the machine itself didn't look very well kept. All in all, had a fun experience here!
