Reported to BBB the following: Tractor supply company is not honoring their price match guarantee corporate policy at their locations. I have a customer receipt from 8/24 offering TSC pellets at $5.69 a bag with an additional $25 off for a total of $284.50 per ton. In my area, Westford MA the same TSC hardwood pellet product is being sold @ $6.79 per bad discounted by the ton the total is $329.50. The difference is $45 per ton and I intended to purchase 5 tons saving me the buyer $225. However, I called TSC corporate and spoke with a rep who told me they would not price match despite their website claiming they would. I would like to report they claimed honoring price match is at the discretion of the store manager and not what corporate policy clearly dictates on the website. I told them I have a receipt I will gladly submit and they would not take it, denying the price is relevant. My request to speak to someone higher up in leadership was also denied. Writing this review because of your beyond incredible employee Michelle. I came to this location in a pinch for rabbit hutch today on 7/14/2026 around 2:30pm. There was only an already build hutch, not one in the box. Michelle helped me load the hutch into the back of my suv on this VERY hot day. Unfortunately it didn't fit. She went inside and grabbed a screwdriver. Helped me take off one leg section etc. for it to fit inside my SUB. She stayed with me the entire time and piece by piece helped me put into my smaller sized suv. Michelle's dedication to customer service went above and beyond especially helping to great extent outside in 90° weather when she could've left me to deal with the hutch I already purchased on my own. People like Michelle are sadly very rare these days and I'm beyond grateful for her kindness and assistance. If corporate see's this review I hope she is acknowledged fully for her great work. As employees like her are what keep people coming back instead of choosing many other stores with similar merchandise. Thanks again Michelle. read more

Customer service could improve, the casher who cashed me out today was disrespectful and verbally abusive. I was embarrassed as Theodore was packed today. Soon as I came in the front door there was a really nice woman with short white hair greeted me with a big old smile asked me if she can help me. I told her what I was looking for she pointed me in that direction fantastic service the place was clean. I found what I was looking for. It was a good price. It beat Home Depot's price by 100% and then I went to the counter and she tried to sign me up with a credit card I didn't need or some kind of card and that was about it. I was in and out in probably 10 minutes, but the people I ran into and there was so nice. read more

Every time I go there the people that work there are awesome! I buy hay for my guinea pigs and when I get to the register I toss the bag of hay and say "Hay!" And whoever is working they say "Hay!" and then everyone laughs! read more

I have no idea why Kris N was navigated to Hannafords, but Tractor Supply is literally in the same plaza, but up on the hill. Apparently I can't comment on that post directly or ask Kris N how driving from Nashua to Pelham was a waste of a lot of time and fuel. I can only comment whether I found that post useful, or funny, or cool. It is none of those things, so I decided to take time to post my own review. Because someone is wrong on the internet. Anyway, to give you an idea of why Tractor Supply in Pelham is my new best friend, here is an anecdote: During. During. DURING one of the biggest storms this past winter (one of the ones that knocked our power out), I decided to get a jump on the snow during the storm and the belt on my snowblower snapped. Now, I DID spend time pre-winter getting stuff in order (shear pins, nuts, etc.) but after seeing how someone else got the stink eye for bringing their snowblower belt in to Nashua Power Equipment (WITHOUT KNOWING THE EXACT MODEL OF THE SNOWBLOWER IT CAME OFF OF, (can you imagine?) They were told that there were so many belts in the back that they couldn't possibly match it up), so I decided to wait on the belt. Stupid. I know. Well, just about all of Pelham was without power, but I decided to take a chance on the roads and head to Tractor Supply anyway, just in case they were open. They too were without power. But. But. BUT, the door was open as they were RUNNING A GENERATOR OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR. Why? So schmucks like me who waited until the last possible time during the worst conditions could walk in and be prepared to be disappointed. Here's where the magic happened: A young lady greeted me at the door of the darkened store (she was wearing a headlamp of course) saw the snapped belt in my hand, and before I could come up with a pathetic excuse, told me to follow her to the belts. She took my belt in her hands (didn't ask me for my snowblower model number, or brand, or any of the other really important information one must possess to buy things from professional stores) pulled out 3 belts and started measuring them, side by side. Without a measurement device of any kind. In the dark. With just her headlamp. She handed me 2 belts back, "It's one of these, just return the one that doesn't fit" she said. And it was. Do you know how rare such proficiency is today? That the women who were running the store were there was surprising in itself. But was I really going to believe that not only would they have belts in stock, but they had my belt. And it worked. And my driveway and ego were saved. When I returned the other belt, I picked up an extra of the right size for next time and went off my merry way. For this kind of service, I would drive Kris N from Nashua to Pelham and back, just to prove how great Tractor Supply and the people who run it every day are. Thank you Tractor Supply. Love this new store. It is up right next to Chunky's, up the hill in the back, hard to see from Bridge street. Nice clean store, lots of items, and even better can order on the web site and have delivered. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable even thought the store just opened recently. read more

I honestly love the store where I can find everything I need. Staff members are really nice and very helpful except for one particular old lady. She's not as friendly as the others, every time she's on the register I know it's not gonna be good. She's always rude and have a big attitude. My first encounter with her was when she had to check the pricing, she wasn't happy that she had to do it, the second time was when I had to return something that was an easy returned with the receipt, she had this long sighed and gave me this annoyed look. Never, never, never that I caught her smiling. She always have this big bad attitude in her. I don't know if It is just me or it's just the way she is. Well, she definitely need to go for customer service lesson. I could have given a 5 star rating but because of bad service, I gave TSC a 3 stars. read more

Bought chickens and ducks at the store. Went back for feed that worked with both of them. They didn't have a 50lb bag in stock. This is a half an hour drive to and from the store.... I bought a 50ft hose on sale and left happy was told next time to come back and they will have more in stock. Next trip came back for another hose, the feed they didn't have and also some j-clips or hog rings for fence mending. Not one of this items in stock total waste of my time. Wouldn't complain normally but seriously took the hour long round trip and nothing in stock that I came for ? Three different items 2. 3 strikes ur out back to the Hollis farm stores that are locally owned and operated and don't do this your time is worth something even if the price is higher. read more

The store always has everything I need for my ongoing trailer project. Just picked up a trailer dolly and a new tail light. This time we got the protectors to since we keep snapping them off. Cashier was very helpful. read more

Highly recommended!! Staff is always very nice store is clean and easy to find what you need, went in today for some steel stock for a project and walked out with everything i needed down fall impossible to run in and run out if your in a hurry there is way to much cool stuff to look at haha.. Highly recommend them for all your hardware, farm, etc.. Needs they have it all! read more
