Primark is an Irish retailer of affordable fashion for men, women and children. Other locations also carry home items, but not the Danbury location. They are very popular across the British Isles as well as several countries across Europe. The Primark in Danbury is part of the Danbury Fair Mall, the good news is you can access it as its own store, no need to go through the mall. This store is massive, there were so many shoes when we first walked in. There's hair accessories, purses and other small knickknacks. The clothes aren't super organized. The hangers are marked with various sizes, but they are actually all random sizes hung on random hangers. This was everywhere, same with the shoes. I am a bit selective when it comes to clothes shopping, I prefer my items to be mostly cotton. Cotton items were difficult to find or non existent at Primark. We spent two hours here and all I found were two items. Keeping in mind that they are a fast fashion retailer, the quality isn't always there. Loose strings, uneven stitching, unavailable sizes are all a part of the gamble. The wait to access a fitting room was surprisingly fast and efficient. The line to check out was long but moved fast, due to several open registers. I'm glad I experienced Primark, while they aren't for me, they might be for you. Marshalls, Target and Amazon are more accessible for me.

Asked Marshall's if the have camera in the parking lot and was told no by a manager named David. So I contacted headquarters and put a claim in. Spoke to the adjuster and she told me they have general liability but does not cover shopping carts damage to cars which I found crazy. So of course I am out $450 due to someone being careless. The adjuster mention that someone does go out and bring the carts back to the store which I told her there is always cart in the parking lot. I am so frustrated that people can't bring the carts back to the store. I am not the only one that had this problem. I wish other individuals would complain about this issue and report it to Marshall's headquarters.

Called customer service for kohls/ capital one charge and was asked my annual income, my full social security number and then was hung up on. Called back and same b.s. Questions from someone I could barely understand. I asked for a supervisor and she said her supervisor was busy. I said I'll hold and wait and she said "I told you she was busy" and she hung up on me. I called back and same person answered and said "I told you she was busy" and again hung up on me. I've been going to TJ Maxx, Marshall's & home goods since forever and always wondered what Sierra was like. There were never any close enough to me but I'm always in CT now and was glad I found this one. If you've never been, they carry a lot of hiking, gym, & outdoor gear but for Marshall's prices. They are very reasonable and also have the best pet section! Tons of reasonable toys and supplies for your fur baby. I had a frustrating experience at Old Navy. I bought 5 items, but I was overcharged because two…read moreitems were added twice. My total came out to $80 when it should have been around $50. When I went back to the cashier, she told me only one item would be refunded. I had to explain again that there were actually two duplicate charges. Only after insisting, she checked again and finally processed the correct return. The situation was confusing and embarrassing. I hope staff can be more careful and pay better attention when scanning items.
