Yes, they do not left people come in and browse the store, due to being immunocompromised from cancer treatments. Be compassionate, empathetic, and understand that they have found a way to keep their business running safely for their health. That is their decision, not yours. They are always incredibly helpful. Ask them at the window for what you are looking for, ask them for help, and they will gladly do everything for you. They made some amazing fish suggestions for issues I was having inside of one of my tanks, instead of using chemicals, and it worked. I loved the fish so much that I went and bought more of them. It changed my entire stocking than what i originally wanted, and I couldn't be happier. People, don't be a stick in the mud. Ask for things and people will help you. Don't diss a business because of their concerns for their well-being. Don't be afraid to have a conversation with people (you know that lost art ever since the smart phone was invented). I would not trust any other place in town for my fish needs. Not after seeing how meticulously well they keep their fish tanks (because the water in the bags of fish I get is crystal clear and I haven't had ANY diseases or issues with all of my fish). I have been in the fish keeping hobby for my entire life and was able to make good conversation and find what I was looking for! I picked up 6 cpds and two pygmy cory's to add to my shoal of 4. They also have a wonderful variety of freshwater plants and fish. I have had a lot of difficulty finding many species that I've been wanting to stock my tank with, especially plants, and wanted to give this place a shot! The owners were very helpful, and explained to me the situation involving being let into the building stating they are both immunocompromised, so I understand where they are coming from. It doesn't hurt to call to let them know you'd like to stop in, next time I will wear a mask! Despite a lot of reviews about smell and uncleanliness (from circa over 5 years ago), I did not see or smell any such issue, and I am a bit of a clean freak in terms of smells associated with pets.

There is a lot about this store to be liked. For any farmer, homesteader, or avid gardener, this…read morestore is a paradise of potential. They carry everything from clothing to hardware to pet food. They have an extensive inventory of Milwaukee, DeWalt and Husqvarna power tools. Their pet food selection is large but not overwhelming. They have a very nice paint department for any aspiring home improvement enthusiasts. They have a very good inventory of Carhartt apparel. This spring they had chicks for sale at very reasonable prices. For any farmer, there is a plethora of farm relative items from feed to tools to parts. They even have a small section of candy and canned goods. Speaking of canned goods, if you are involved in food preservation, they have an extremely good inventory of canning jars. Today I visited to purchase a door latch for my barn, and they had exactly what I needed. Prices are comparable to Tractor Supply, but cheaper than the local ACE Hardware. The store is clean and well laid out. Aisles are spacious. There is quite a few customer service assistants in the store at any one time, ready to help you find what you are looking for. There is ample parking on a newly paved lot. Overall, this store is a one stop kind of place for anybody looking for farm or home supplies. The best part is that it is an American owned, family run business. There is no "corporate feel" here. You are treated like an individual. I highly recommend this business and will make it one of my go to places for all things farm and homestead supply.

You're going to pay a little more than you will at Home Depot and Lowe's, but in my opinion the convenience and time saved are worth it.
