Why? Because you get one on one help even when its with the littlest of things such as the needing the right screws. This is important to me especially when I'm in a hurry. Chevy Chase came through for me. There is plenty of off street parking in the back plus a back door for customers. The inside of the store seems huge but its hard to tell since the aisles are narrow and it looks like its two buildings put together inside. The rows of aisles is endless it seems. I got there just before closing and did not have time to browse the whole store. Staff was super friendly and extra helpful. I highly recommend this store for your home maintenance needs.

Cody insisted we scheduled for 1:00 and said he was unavailable for the actual appointment time of 3:30. I said let's reschedule for another day but he was only interested in insisting he was right and then he hung up on me without making any attempt to reschedule.

You have to agree to accept automated texts from them. This is unacceptable for me. I get enough junk texts already. I don't need more.
