This is my second time at this store, they are always great. They greet you at the door and take you exactly where you will find what you are looking for!! I really love it, great customer service. People that work there don't need to be teach customer services.. they know. THANK YOU !

Finally got to check this store out. I have heard they have a great pet section and they do! They have several high-quality brands of food and a great selection of toys. I also was surprised to learn they had a dog washing station. The station was well equipped and there are bathing and drying sections as well as various tools for use. It is only 9.99 to use the wash, which is the cheapest I have found. Most places charge $12-$15. The employees were talkative and friendly as well. They were very personable and that was a nice change of pace. This store reminds me of a few stores I encountered when I visited Tennessee. They have a little bit of this and that and everything inbetween. Trust me, this place isn't just for tractors, there is a lot of cool stuff in there! Definitely check it out! You won't regret it and you never know what you will find.

Great store! Tractor and feed supplies plus a DIY Pet Wash Station!

Don't let the name of this store deter you from stopping by, because guess what, I don't own a Tractor either! Found out they had a DIY Pet Wash station, so we brought our Golden in for a lil scrub a dub dub. She loves to roll in the grass after fetching each ball thrown. So, if you can imagine, her golden locks are always a bit filthy. For $9.99, you have access to a room containing two tubs at waist height (there's a small ramp so pets can climb up). An apron, 2 towels, a brush, and air dryer are provided. Shampoo and Conditioner are conveniently available in arms reach of the spray hose. We just paid in advance at the register and it took us about a half hour to wash her. Note: the pet wash closes 1-hour earlier than the store itself. So, on a weekday, we had to be in by 6pm. After the wash, we perused the store, which was full of pet food and other feed for the farm. There's supplies for gardening, sporting goods, clothing, tools, chicken coops, wheelbarrows, and yep, tractors! There's so much more. It's a pretty big store. Customer service was super friendly over the phone and in person! Will definitely be back, especially for more rounds at the Pet Wash.

The family wanted to get out and look at some country / cowboy stuff . This is a cool place with a little bit of everything . We even got to see some baby chicks . Lots of shirts , hats , and of course farming supplies . You need a new lawnmower , well come on in . How about a side by side ? They have toys for the kiddies too and snacks like Moon Pies . They also sell food for your pets and toys . I got my cats a rubber ball with a bell in it and feathers . I also bought a Chevy Truck shirt for cheap . The employees were nice and didn't follow you around like some places do . We had a good time looking at some stuff . My son got a packet of different size batteries , the round coin like ones for like your rifle scope , etc . His wife got a wooden train whistle to mess with him and she had never seen one before , so she likes it .

It was my husband and I first time visiting a tractor supply store. I got to see the baby chicks and ducks. We got a bag of dumor duck feed for our local lake ducks to bring back to California. Clean store, nicely stock and good customer service.

    So nicely displayed

Going to tractor supply is like going to Whole Foods vs going to Home Depot is going to Walmart. Just in my own opinion. Lol. Everything is so nicely presented and organized. They even got live music! I've never seen that before at a gardening/tool shop. Also some weekends they have food truck events outside so you can get some food and then start wander around for things you don't need but definitely buying. Very unique shopping experience for a farm supply place lol.

Really friendly staff, very clean like all tractor supplies. Manager came out and greeted me. Corrected an issue from a different store. Never experienced customer service like this before in my life.

The guy at the counter refused to take it back even though you could see the POS in the system. He said they have a 14 day return policy. When I explained it took a month for me to figure out what was causing the diarrhea, he just looked at me with a blank stare completely in equipped to think about how to help. I told him I'm not interested in getting money back, I would gladly accept a credit or exchange. Again, sorry can't help you. I simply smiled and said thanks for heads up....I knew there was a reason I also shop at Dog Supplies outlet and he just reminded me why. With so much competition in the market for dogs supplies, I'm always happy when a store reminds me that I have choices about doing business with them. Lost customer for good. Thank you for your response and reminding everyone how much you value customer feedback and only further proving my point to shop elsewhere. I didn't bring in my receipt because you can look up the transaction in the system. Your response is entirely unhelpful and only solidifies my choice and that of the public to shop elsewhere than to spend money with a merchant that treats customers like this. Again. I can't recommend enough shopping for all your pet supplies needs at Dog Supplies Outlet off of Sahara and Durango.

We are here for the holidays and it was her first time in Nevada so we wanted to give her a groom experience over here. I'm glad we chose this place because the hand scissor skills and experience was top tier! They actually do get spoiled. She got her photos taken during the groom and after! Her hair was very soft and she smelled so good. There were still some armpit knots afterwards but it was very minimal and hard to spot so missing it was very likely but not impossible. I know Ginger is not fond of having her under brushed so I think her groomer did not want to force it on her and prioritized her comfort which I definitely understand and would rather prefer it that way. Her overall cut was honestly very surprising to me. It was very symmetrical, detailed and polished. I can usually tell when they cut more clipper focused (from bringing her to different groomers which let me see the different styles--I'm picky) because some thigh edges get left out, some indents get visible, and it ends up being a random longer tuft of hair though in this cut there was visibly none. The hair her groomer cut (or Kandice in particular) was molded and shaped well. She nailed the round face, her legs and the start of her tail by her butt looks more flushed and it feels flowy. It's hard to explain. There was a tuft of hair by her butt before that didn't really flush the start of her tail and now it's basically cut well--I feel like I'm saying jargon at this point but you have to see/feel it in person to tell. The cut by her visor was also so admirable. It looks so straight and detailed; I'm so happy with it. I can tell she took her time, and that Ginger was comfortable enough to let her do it. I'm pretty sure it's a given with all the pictures you see here. Them taking pics of the pups before and after just shows how confident they are in the final look. I'm really satisfied with how she cut Ginger's hair! This raised my standards a lot more with hand-scissor cutting and I fear I might have to start looking again around Torrance sigh. Now, the store itself. In the morning when I dropped her off I got the strong dog odor smell when I opened the door which I'm not fond of, because her groomers at home do not have that so it's possible to mask the smell. Though when I picked her up the store smelled okay, so it might have been one of the clients, but just a heads up that it can be one or the other. The entry experience was awkward, but nothing bad. They just don't greet you until you get to the register bahaha. Their merchandise was so cute. I wish I budgeted for that, but it'll have to be for next time. The price was a little inconsistent as well because before when I called they said that it would be around $90 since the groomer I chose is $20 above the beginning price of $70, but I ended up paying for $100 and some change. I didn't mind because the matts might've been the issue and we usually pay around that price back at home, but just be prepared to bring extra. They cut really well so I had no issues paying more than I was quoted for, but some people might not be. This is where I take off a star when it's regarding the storefront and the pricing. Regardless, all-in-all great visit with some minor understandable inconveniences. They take their time with your pup, they SPOIL them. Their hand-scissor skills are very proficient, and you get cute pics of your pup depending on the season! There is no doubt when they take care of your pup. Thank you so much for taking care of our little Ginger during her vacation at Nevada. We will definitely come back if we stay here with her again next holiday when we come back to visit my husband's family. Thank you Kandice! Happy holidays!
