The line looked long at first, but they had a QR code check-in system that made everything easier. We scanned the QR code with our phone, saw how long the wait would be, and got a text when it was her turn. It was great not having to just sit there--we were able to get some shopping done while we waited. Super convenient and way more efficient than we expected. The staff was polite, and everything was handled quickly once she got called back. Nice surprise to see a system like this in place. We'd definitely come back!

Stay on that side long enough and you're guaranteed to get a headache and be dehydrated. Don't get me started on the hole in the ceiling going towards Dillards if you want improvement in your mall then things should change. Idk but in any business I've worked at , if the a/c went out that was priority and not left on the back burner cause that'll end up being a liability and your warping floors in the food court that the heat has also caused that I've seen a few people trip on. I feel bad for anyone who has to work or walk/wait on the hotter side of the mall. Be better management and do something about that ac because it's ridiculous.

Perfect example of "don't judge a book by it's cover."…read more I was a little weary of this Target based on the exterior. It looks to be an older Target, a little run down and smaller than most. Kind of a "Ugh, let's just get in and get out." To say we were BLOWN AWAY by the customer service we experienced during our visit would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a gentleman at the door. He then directed us to the restroom (since the nearby McDonald's restrooms were CLOSED). Then we passed a group of Target workers in the middle of a morning huddle. One lady in the group paused to greet us as well. (Super nice!) Lastly, 2 workers helped us locate an E.T. dvd that my Target app said was in stock but I couldn't find. These 2 individuals dropped what they were doing to help us find this $5 movie. AMAZING. So as you can see, this Target location might not be the newest, fanciest building but their STAFF really rolled out the RED carpet for us and we really appreciate it!

Headed straight for the electronics department where I found an employee, Tiffany C., she was putting up a new shelf system but was happy to stop and answer my questions and talk about the toys I was looking for. She had outstanding skills of customer service and a great overall knowledge of the particular products i was looking at. Very different experience than I usually receive at stores in the Houston area. I found a Funko Pop that was long sold out in my area of town, so that paired with Tiffany C's sunny disposition made this a very positive trip to a new Target.

I also generally don't get Dillards sales practices in store. It just says things are 65 off but if you go online and look at the same thing since they don't have all the sizes it says final sale. So to me it's just always risky business here. Unfortunately, I bought three pairs of shoes online based on how they fit in the store and OMG they are so small. I should've thought well. These shoes in store have been tried on a lot and probably are stretched out. Since it's final sale, I'm just stuck with those shoes so while you can get a good deal, be cautious. Pro? I called again and they told me I was bumped until Feb. 16! I had enough. I canceled the order on that day, had the Member Service clerk e-mail me to verify the order had been canceled. Today is Jan. 27, 2015. Have still not received credit, so I called the store. They told me I would have to come into the store to receive credit BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN SO LONG SINCE THE PURCHASE! I asked to speak with the Manager, but obviously she was too busy and had the clerk tell me she would look into the installation problem. She's concerned because the installation company has already picked up the dishwasher. Well, that is between Sears and the installlation company. I will never, ever, ever do business with this joke of a business again. Every time you speak with someone on the phone, it's as if they are from another planet. No one is on the same page. What a shame they have the number 1 dishwasher rated by comsumer reports, and the worst service of any company I have ever dealt with. If I do not get a refund today when I go to the store, I will dispute the charges on my credit card. No wonder they are failing..........
