However, what they have is a generic copycat, but I was of the impression that the "bogg" was a description, not a name brand. I even stated to the sales associate that my wife had been wanting a Bogg bag. They sold me the bag, I met my wife a few minutes later, and presented it to her. She immediately informed me that I had purchased a cheap copy, and sent me back to return it. We would just order the real thing online. However, these folks don't do any kind of returns. I had literally been gone from the store for less than 45 minutes, the bag had not even been taken from the plastic bag they had placed around it, the tag was still on its original place, and I had the receipt. I explained my predicament but was met with a stone-cold stare and an outright rigid, almost rude attitude. Don't buy from this store! While a policy of no returns on altered clothing, detached tag items, etc. makes a lot of sense, an unwavering, disgraceful, and unfeeling approach to all returns is a massive mistake. Not only have they lost a new customer they had literally just gained, they also have lost the business of potentially hundreds of people that I will personally tell about my experience. Unfortunately, some people you mistreat happen to be the ones you should have been more careful with. Some of them are going to be well connected....a little compassion goes a long way...

There was an aisle or two for men's, but this place was mainly catered toward's children's shoes. Of the woman's shoes they did have available, they were mostly sandals and heels. They had a few good brands like Yellowbox, and had a few good sales. I think I would come back if I was in the area, but I will probably have better finds at the mall or the Summit.
