The drop off and pickup is very quick and easy. When I realized I would need to board her last minute, I called and they were very accommodating. My baby seems happy and tired when she leaves there. So they reset everything and told me to try the payment again. And I told them I had already been charged on my account, the amount had been taken off my Apple Pay. She then called Someone over to "fix" the problem. I don't know who the person is, but she was not friendly and maybe shouldn't be working in the front with customers. I was treated like I was being difficult because I didn't want to get charged twice. I ended up swiping again, because I'm not trying to steal anything, but then the transaction was showing up twice on my account. I was assured that it would fall off, any extra pending payments do.(Also, I heard them talking about how often they're having computer problems, so it's not a new issue.) And if it didn't, I just have to come in and they'll fix it. Great. Now I'm left with an errand and unfinished business. Big surprise, I just had to go in again today to get the refund since they indeed left the charge on t here. Except now I have to sit here watching my account to make sure it does show up. I'm guessing if it doesn't, I'll need to make a call. Oh, and the "fixer" was there again. About as helpful as she was the first time, didn't make eye contact with me and was non apologetic for the waste of my time. I'd advise people to buy from any other place, no point in going to brick and mortar stores if you're not getting good customer service anyways.

They reinvest regularly on the latest equipment and medicines. Their staff is exceptional practitioners and very friendly. I wouldn't ever consider taking my pets anywhere else even if I moved further away. I know my Yorkie is living longer because of Dr. Ted. I can't see little Rudy living longer without his intervention a couple of years ago. He is a top notch surgeon from a line of top notch veterinarian surgeons. I dropped my dog at 9am and called at 4:30pm to check on her and she hadn't even started her yet. She said to give her 45min. How do you complete a groom for a 50lb goldendoodle in 45 min? Well you don't. Because when I picked her up she barely looked groomed and in the areas she was groomed it was all uneven. I could have done a better job. I had to brush her out when we got home. And the worst part is she shaved her upper lip!! It looks so strange. I really hope it grows back normally. Never again. Oh and then she charged me $113 when I was quoted $83 over the phone. I didn't argue bc I just wanted to get out of there and get my baby home. We are all still traumatized.

I went with a step above what is considered a summer cut . In my opinion , it took off too much hair. I just know what to request on the next visit in 6 to 8 weeks. Maybe longer since the cut was shorter than what I envisioned it would be. Due to COVID 19, there are operating with curbside only. Prior to my visit here , I downloaded their app. Unfortunately, appts can't be scheduled on the app and payments aren't accepted either. Still trying to figure out the purpose of the app , but I'm sure it has it's benefits to some. I like that TDS offers a variety of services for pets and that they are conveniently located right off Hwy 11.
