It took less than 5 minutes and Dan ensured me that my husband could use this kit for what he was seeking. Then I asked if he could assist me in seeking a light bulb for one of those scented wax lamps. Without hesitation he found it as well. I thanked him for his help and joked with Dan when he said he'd see me later! I told him I hope not too soon because if I had that meant the husband was sending me back because I got the wrong part. He laughed along and I appreciated not only his knowledgeable and patient assistance but also for his sense of humor!!! This is what makes this place outstanding!!!! Placed a small order online for pick up that included hardware A 10 ft CVC pipe and a few other items. Arrived showed my confirmation code was given some paperwork to sign and then the girl at the front desk handed me all of the items, including the 10 foot pipe. I asked if there was anyone available that could help me take the pipe to my car and she looked at me and said no sorry . So I turned to leave but I couldn't open the door holding the 10 foot pipe so I turned to look at her and she just stared at me with a little smile on her face as she stood there and watched me struggle, so I eventually opened the door by pushing it open with the pipe. While we are extremely happy with the quality with all three projects, the chairs are the most impressive, due to the complexity involved in the repeat in the fabric. We ended up hiring them to install our new lowers and counters. The outlet is filled with samples on the showroom floor which is super helpful for picking out your cabinets, counters and finishes. They even let us check out samples and bring them home to help decide on what we would be installing. Before placing the order, Wade came out and measured our kitchen and helped put together a quote based on the arrangement we wanted. They put together 3D renderings of our kitchen to show us the layout alongside the quote. Their install team did quick work, and overall did a good job for what we paid for. We had a few small issues with caulking and hardware , but the salesperson Wade made sure all the issues were handled promptly.

Well, the problem is that they took improper measurements and then came out to deliver an entire new countertop that was not measured correctly. I'm no professional but I'm pretty good at math and can tell you that measurements weren't accurate. I'm so upset and frustrated that this is such a big deal. So as my countertop is ugly and bare I have to wait even longer for them to "try" and get it right.
