    I used Jeffers Pet RX to save a few bucks on prescriptions for my 13 yr old Malinois. My vet said…read moreshe has cancer and the meds were to make it more comfortable for whatever time she has left. Vet bills have been financially crushing and Jeffers offered a very reasonable price for her medications. I was thrilled that I found such a deal. Getting the RX's ordered was pretty straightforward, where you order online and then Jeffers confirms with the prescribing veterinarian. The hard part was that it took TWO WHOLE WEEEEEEKS from the time I ordered, until I had the new meds in my hand. It was torture, watching my old friend/dog in agony, every minute of every day.....wondering if the meds would arrive soon. I ended up paying the marked up price for meds at the veterinarian's office - just a few pills, until the Jeffers order arrived. I would def use them again, but you HAVE TO plan ahead because it takes TWO WEEKS for pills to arrive. Btw- the office staff is very pleasant even if they can't actually help you get your pet rx's sooner.

    I ordered an online biotin supplement and immediately received a delay of order notification with…read moreNO explanation. I noticed however that they didn't delay immediately charging my credit card for the item. I responded to them by email that they're could either send the item immediately AND provide me with the reason for the delay, additionally criticizing them for not having an electronic perpetual inventory system so customers would know if they were sold out of items, or the must refund my credit card until the item was received by them and shipped. Voila, they then immediately advised me the item had been shipped. Still no explanation as to what the delay was or why. I have a FedEx tracking number so have confirmed it shipped the same day as my email exchanges. Poor communication Poor customer service protocols No perpetual inventory system It appears this is standard procedure for Jeffers to automatically send delay of shipment notices, as per the BBB and other reviews. I'll certainly not order from them in future.
