Pet grooming department is the worst experience I've ever had. Took off work, picked my dog up, dropped him off. Kinsley and I spoke about some mattes he had. She up sold me the detangle shampoo. She checked him out and said we can handle this. I left and received a call half way back to work (1 hour) and I was told there wasn't enough time to brush him out like he needed. She refused to do anything. I was told to come get him. My dogs are my babies but I will mo longer take them to Petsense because I need someone that's passionate about their jobs and this group here did not show anything but nasty attitudes read more

They do such a great job bathing my doggy! He has pretty bad anxiety and they took great care of him. They are always so sweet and helpful.

Okay took my teacup Maltese here for grooming! Mind ya this was where's I purchase all pinky stuff from!! But I get that phone call no one wants " jay theres been an incident with pinky !! Have to take to vet he has one cut and we just wanna make sure all is well"!! Now I'm upset and angry but once get there they explain all good but when I see him there's not one cut there's four!!! WTH !! But the young girls very upset and they paid vet bill! But now pinky has PTSD !! I can't even use my electric toothbrush around him!! He's nervous to be held !! But will never go back into the store ever!!! One you lied on phone and you can never take back how my pinky handled the issue!! He's fine he's happy but just don't use anything that makes buzzing noise!!! I gave a three because they have good supply of products for pets and is always friendly and helpful!! But , have lost a customer when it comes to my babies one strike is all ya get!! So I just wanted all my helpers to know!! They are hands down the best groomer I have ever used. My dog is 12, and shy ad nervous. He shakes and because of bad groomers in his past. Petsense has an express groom. He was there only 1 and 1/2 hours. Which is amazing. I recommend them, especially if your dog is nervous about grooming. I will use them again. Amanda did his grooming. Nice girl. read more

Just recently moved here, so today was my first day taking my 9 month old shih tzu to Mrs. Cindy for a full groom! I was nervous cause Noah (my shih tzu) has seen the same groomer since he was 6 weeks old. well, when I dropped him off first thing at 9 am by appointment. There was already a line at the door waiting on Mrs. Cindy. Made me comfortable to see that. Big and small pups. Once we got in and went to the back to check in, Noah was a first time comer so I filled out paperwork for him to return whenever without having to fill it out again and I like they even ask for his rabies vaccine paperwork. I told them I wanted a teddy bear cut, they looked at me and said you have to be more specific then that! I didn't know I could be, I guess I got use to my old groomer. They had a Pham-let with guards and length it would leave on the dog! she explained and broke it down for me. Help me decide. I walked around the store, she said it would be a 2-4 hour wait so I had time. Their deals on some dog toys and treats are great, the 2 for $5. I think their leashes, collars, some products are over priced. You can find them cheaper online. I was looking at some grain free dog food, had 50 pound bags for $34.00 which depending on brand is a awesome deal. So, not all bad prices just more pricier then most. Only negative thing but I love they promote adoptions, vaccines for your animals at a affordable price, donation bin, and the customer service is my last thing to touch on. THEY'RE AMAZING. Willingly help you from the moment you walk in. Remembered my dogs name, gave me a report on how Noah did with grooming, I bought a clicker for training (4.99) and a bone poop bags (1.99) comes with 15 bags.. the lady was ringing me out $50 for the grooming FULL GROOM at that great price, she gave me like 10 extra rolls of poop bags because they where damaged out! All together I spent $57 and it was totally worth the experience, finish result, and merchandise I purchased. I even went to petco.com canceled my monthly delivery of dog food and will be returning to this place monthly. This is one of my best reviews I have given and they're so worth it. My dog is my world, getting another soon and I know he will be taken care of the same. read more

I am very happy with the grooming services at Petsense. We took our dog here after experiencing difficulty at another salon in the area, and Cindy quickly washed my worries down the drain (along with all the extra hair she got off my dog!). The selection is a little small at the store itself, and the grooming operation is still in it's developing stages, but overall the services rendered are great and at a good price. Cindy is very personable and takes care to understand and groom to your exact specifications, taking any concerns into mind. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new groomer. read more

Like having a local pet supply store with community minded owners/mgr/workers. I made a suggestion about a quality brand we use, they cheerfully looked into it and now have that brand in the store! I went in and made an appointment for the next day to have my dog groomed. When I arrived the following day, I was told that it would take three hours before my dog would be finished. Why, I asked? Because there are two dogs ahead of yours, I was told. What good is an appointment if I have to wait three hours, I asked. If you want an appointment you must ask for a "straight through" and pay extra, I was told. I left and won't be back. read more
