With that said, the first thing I want to mention is how INCREDIBLY close this location is to Fort Rucker! It is such a short drive from the Faulkner gate! Second of all, Carol's prices are more than reasonable. It was $40 (not including tip) for a full grooming service on my mini poodle! Last, Carol's responsiveness and punctuality was amazing. Although I was scheduled for 12pm appointment, she called me as soon as she had a cancelation available at an earlier time. It was really thoughtful. Beyond that, it only took her 45 min to groom my boy! This was AWESOME compared to other places that require you to leave your pup for a few hours at a time, due to the queue of other dogs they have waiting. Overall, this was a great experience and it will keep me coming back for sure! She did such a great job on grooming my boy, he came out looking so so beautiful!

Not Dog People at all!…read more I told them when I booked our appointment that this was my German Shepherd puppy's very first grooming experience. They accepted my appointment request and when I got there, they were annoyed that I wanted to stay to reassure my puppy on her first visit and if everything went well then, the next visit, I would leave her. So, someone came in while my puppy was getting a bath and she barked, oddly enough dogs do bark.... So, the person that walked in complained that they feared for their life when they heard my puppy bark. So, long story short, I was told we were not welcome back. I don't know what's really going on here, but I do know, if these people knew anything about dogs, they would know that they do indeed bark. However, I think it's more than just a few barks, I think they were upset that I wouldn't leave my puppy in their care unattended by me. Makes me wonder, all the dogs in there at the time of our appointment, looked timid, very sad and distrusting. I would NEVER leave any of my dogs with these people.
