It was our first visit here. NATE was so helpful. He greeted us while finding our way to the dog wash station. Even Stopped what he was doing to ensure we had towels and everything we needed. It is so hard to find good customer service these days. But ALL of the employees were so nice here. I am glad we drove all the way over here from the Adkins store to find such great service. read more

Tractor supply online is a fraud. I ordered a mini bike December 11th 2021 from the Bulverde Road location found out the bike was defective and try to return it December 13th. They gave me the run around I ended up trying to exchange it in Seguin Texas. They do not have one available so they issued me a refund so I thought. I have yet to get my money back and Tractor Supply is now saying they gave me an exchange. So looks like I'm out almost $1,000 all because some punk kid enter the information incorrectly. After providing the email proof of the return I still get no information back like they are trying to avoid me. I would recommend that nobody ever spending one dime at this company. Original location would not take it back so I had to drive a hundred miles round-trip out of my way only to be robbed by Tractor Supply. read more

Useless on placing orders for feed regarding poultry and they don't even have it in stock but they take my money & expect me to wait 3 days. Hold on....let me tell my livestock & poultry they can't eat for 3 days! And then they refused to refund me the price of the items because they haven't been shipped to their store! Are you freaking kidding me! Here's the kicker!....they had the items in stock and pallets full of the damn items I ordered for curbside but they still refused to refund me the darn curbside order because those items are being shipped to the store! Good grief! Gave me a damn headache! So I'm still out of money and won't get refunded until those items arrive in their store! What a bunch of crock! I'll definitely be looking for another feed store to conduct my farming business! read more

First visit to the tractor supply store. Came in with my family one evening. They offer an array of items that you would find in an hardware store. They have live chicks and ducklings. A variety of feed, plants, seeds, gardening tools and items. Their prices are a little higher but not very much compared to other places. They do carry seeds of change brand of organic seed. I was actually happy to see because that is the brand we buy online. Now I have a local shop that I can just pick up my seasonal seeds. My wife tried to exchange my Tractor Supply battery with a two year warranty. It was only a year old and still under warranty. The guy was very rude and obnoxious and wanted her original receipt. She went to Bastrop and they changed out right away under warranty ( no questions asked). read more

I had an issue with my online order. The timeframe to pick up kind of sucks, but I called TS to hold my order because there was a ship to store item that had not arrived yet. There was some miscommunication where my order ended up being cancelled, but a very sweet man named Isaac corrected the situation and went above & beyond for me. This tractor supply does carry the feed that I requested several times now. They also have a dog wash that is convenient but on my last visit the area was very wet, dog hair in the tubs, and dirty towels in the area. The customer service is not good. Just for reference, I'm over 60 years old. I was in to get two 50 pound bags of horse feed. As I was lifting a bag into the cart, a young twenty something, strong looking, male employee walked past and without stopping asked if I was doing alright. I can lift 50 pounds but what happened to the employee helping a customer? I can give them 1 star for carrying most of what I need, another for being convenient to my house. I have to take off one for customer service, another for the dog wash area being a mess. The people at the register are usually friendly if that counts. Overall, not impressed. read more

Staff were very friendly. Store is very clean. I'm not a clothes kinda guy and find my size is usually hard but I found several shirts within minutes and we went for a dog water bowl. The bird nest outside in the fertilizer spreader was left untouched also. read more

This is my second trip here to use the dog washing station. The first time was an ok. But today. The washing nozzle is stuck in the open position. You either leave it running or shut it on and off at the faucets. Very inconvenient when you are trying to mix hot and cold and control a forty pound dog at the same time. One of the drier hoses is split open and the duck tape repair isn't working. Really!? How bout a new hose. Moved to the other drier and the drying air isn't even warm. So me and the dog went home sorta wet and got dried at home. Thought this company was better than this. A good example of a poor store manager... read more

Good staff, unfortunately most of what they sale is Made in China. Purchased some fire wood from out front...had to return it as it would not ignite...treated with something that prevented ignition. No thanks on the China made goods inside..I'll make the added effort to find USA goods. read more

This is my favorite TS Store. It's often my one stop shop from pets, garden and tools. Going to give kudos to Gabe, others walk by but he always asks if you need help and was glad he loaded 3 large bags of dog food on my cart after taking the time to find two more.
