So we call and ask when is a good time, and Joslyn makes sure no small pets are loose, and the two of us owners hold and feed the dog while Joslyn makes short work of the claws. (However, those reviews are from 2017 and I see a lot has changed!) They can't do cuts you ask for. Better off going to a big city for the cute cuts for small dogs. Also, they need work on their communication and customer service skills. Rude and unfriendly- which makes the services even worse. Suggestion to the owner/management: Be kind, be nice. Being helpful can go along way. Communicate. Repeat back and make sure you have a clear understanding of what the person is looking for- do not just say you know and scoff off what the person is saying. Overall, its a typical small town mentality with the "I think I know everything and we are too good," when in reality your services are sub par and would never make it in a place where people know better.
