    I have never given a Walmart five stars before but this one is pretty dang clean out of the million billion ones that I have been to.On a Tuesday is actually really organized there's no clothes on the floor floor is clean that something you don't usually say in a Walmart very confusing but awesome at the same time I don't think I see you had a disarray is a shoe boxes that's expected just like you expected in the clothes since nobody ever put stuff back. Most of the employees here seem a little bit as well. There are plenty of self checkout lanes

    I've now been to Walmarts in 23 different states and that's given me a good opportunity to compare them. This one is quite good, though it has the standard layout. It's clean, it's well stocked, and for a pleasant change, my shopping cart had four working wheels. I took the time to walk the perimeter of the store. Groceries, home electronics, toys, sporting goods, men's wear, tire and lube. All looked well cared for. I didn't need much, just two items from the personal care section. I found them easily and was able to ring them up at the self-checkout quickly.

    Ordered asparagus yesterday May 28, was gonna cook it today, but there was mold on the bottom

    Chose it cause it the closest store. The mold on the asparagus stood out. It was not a good looking bunch either.

    3 cancelled orders for laptops in 2 days

    Beware when ordering online any laptop computers for in-store pickup at this location. Their inventory is not being kept up-to-date. In the last two days, I have had three (3) orders cancelled because the items were out-of-stock, but of course that is not what is being represented online with the sale prices and in-stock numbers that are designed to get consumers to act quickly. I have given up trying to speak to a Walmart customer service manager about my experiences; the associates on the chats are obviously neither trusted nor empowered to use their own good judgment for any on-the-spot problem solving. This is a problem I have noticed in the past that requires upper management's attention. Aside from the poor customer service training Walmart employees receive, I have nonetheless always been attracted to the consistently low prices in the stores and online over the years. I am also a long-time Sam's Club member. I need to seriously reconsider my continued patronage of this corporation in that the negative customer service experiences combined with Walmart's well-documented labor practices are quickly outweighing any price advantage I may perceive. Especially in the current COVID-19 environment, savvy customers are looking more at total value received from the buying experience rather than price tag alone. This is just one consumer's experience and opinion and I thank you for reading it. David Saunders

    They're pick up and order sucks.. they keep canceling orders... is there a hidden policy that i don't know that got changed?

    Convenient to south end of city, clean store, friendly and helpful staff. This location has a mini convenience store on site which is nice

    I wish I could give the Sam's Club in Cheyenne, Wyoming zero stars. Their customer service is…read moreterrible. We drove in from Torrington with the plan of getting a discounted membership that we found on line. We started to give the customer service rep our info and when she gave the price, we told her we saw that for new members there was a 50% discount. She called over another rep and when I told her about the discount she said rudely, "show me". So I pulled up the info that was offered by IDMe directed from the Sam's Club website. She told me that's on line only. We kind of went rounds with why would they offer the discount on line but not in person. She was rude not only to us, but to my in-laws that were also trying to sign up as new members. After it was all said and done, I was told that we could sign up on line, get the discount, and that we wouldn't need membership cards because they were moving everything to an electronic format, so we could just download the app and be good to go. I specifically asked if since we already gave our info but didn't pay for the membership if that would cause any issues. She said no, there would be no record of us joining since we didn't complete the process. We walked away with a bad taste in our mouth, but not completely against joining. A couple of days later I go to sign up on line to get the discount and I get a message stating I didn't qualify for the discount because it was for new members only and not renewals. I have never had a membership at Sam's. The date that my "membership" expired was the day after I was in the Sam's Club in Cheyenne. So instead of canceling the transaction, it seems that they just put an end date to show I didn't sign up for the membership. I chatted on line with an agent who directed me to call the membership call center to get it worked out. They tried to help, but they basically just said to try it again and since my email wasn't registered that it would go through. At this point between both customer service centers I had already spent way to much time on a company that I didn't really deserve my business. So I didn't try again.

She…read morecalled after the beginning of the year and offered store credit to renew membership; but, did not say that there was a time restriction to do so. I had shoulder surgery shortly after that which reduced my mobility to get around for a couple of months; and, when I was able to get back into the store, I was told by at least 4 other front desk employees that only she could honor the store credit. The main problem with that is she is hardly ever in and doesn't return phone calls. When I finally was able to get in contact with her after several weeks, she wouldn't honor the offer and treated me as a non valuable customer. So very disappointing after being a Sam's customer for well over 30 years.
