Greeter at door was incredibly rude and pushy asking for a receipt on a single item purchase. Did not let me leave even after I showed my bank account, which showed the $26 purchase just made. I love this walmart! There is another Walmart that is close by that does carry some different items than this walmart (vice versa) but this location gives a much more pleasurable shopping experience. For example, this walmart has a dollar spot! I really like that this walmart has such a large self checkout area. They did start adding in some cashier registers recently but it was exclusively self checkouts, not sure if that is permanent or not. I usually find really good deals here. There are always TONS of clearance areas. Every section of the store is clearly and might I add, boldly labeled by signs so it isn't hard to find the section of the store you're looking for. This location can get messy at times but what retail location doesn't. Most of the time shelves are well stocked. I've yet to experience the store as busy as other Walmart's that I have been to which is amazing. All in all it may be away from town but it is definitely worth going to if you hate crowds. read more

I've now been to Walmarts in 23 different states and that's given me a good opportunity to compare them. This one is quite good, though it has the standard layout. It's clean, it's well stocked, and for a pleasant change, my shopping cart had four working wheels. I took the time to walk the perimeter of the store. Groceries, home electronics, toys, sporting goods, men's wear, tire and lube. All looked well cared for. I didn't need much, just two items from the personal care section. I found them easily and was able to ring them up at the self-checkout quickly. read more

Prices are indeed good for the local area, and the selection is pretty decent. The store is always very clean. All that said...be wary of parking your car here. Plate stickers have been stolen, cars hit or scratched, and the lot is very cramped. They recently converted 90% of their checkouts to automated, and its a real hassle. If I am doing all the work for you, shouldnt I get paid to do so? This recent development has me steering clear of this store to be honest. read more

I took my car in for a flat tire on Sunday May 20th. I watched them remove the tire when And when I went to pick it up they said they couldn't find anything wrong with my tire. I said so why am I losing air? They said the inside of my tire was dirty so they put a bead of sealant on it. So I took it home to come out to another flat tire on Monday. I called a tow truck and had it towed to discount tire on Nationway and ridge road and told him I had just had it In to Walmart please look it over carefully. They had it 5 mins and said they found a hole in the tire that was very obvious that they don't know now they missed it. Shit service from Walmart So if you need any tires or flat tires repaired I suggest you go to Discount tires. Walmart was a big waste of my time. Brought my sprinter van to the auto center to have a nail in a tire fixed. A simple repair that should have taken minutes, took three hours. In the process they stripped the lug nut covers, ruining them. And In the end they were unable to get the wheel on the balance machine requiring me to go to another tire store to get it balanced. read more

Traditionally customer service at this WalMart has been standard, though not bad. However as of late, it's deteriorated to the lowest of levels. Especially the curbside service. If a business cannot fulfill an advertised and promised service/product in a reasonable manner, then that service/product should be discontinued - full stop. read more

Beware when ordering online any laptop computers for in-store pickup at this location. Their inventory is not being kept up-to-date. In the last two days, I have had three (3) orders cancelled because the items were out-of-stock, but of course that is not what is being represented online with the sale prices and in-stock numbers that are designed to get consumers to act quickly. I have given up trying to speak to a Walmart customer service manager about my experiences; the associates on the chats are obviously neither trusted nor empowered to use their own good judgment for any on-the-spot problem solving. This is a problem I have noticed in the past that requires upper management's attention. Aside from the poor customer service training Walmart employees receive, I have nonetheless always been attracted to the consistently low prices in the stores and online over the years. I am also a long-time Sam's Club member. I need to seriously reconsider my continued patronage of this corporation in that the negative customer service experiences combined with Walmart's well-documented labor practices are quickly outweighing any price advantage I may perceive. Especially in the current COVID-19 environment, savvy customers are looking more at total value received from the buying experience rather than price tag alone. We recently got a new Wal-Mart on the Southside of town near the interstate. It was set up opposite of the super center that we have north of town, although it was nice to walk in and not smell McDonalds. This one has a subway much better option in my opinion the store was very clean and orderly, The restroom was also very clean but small. I would much rather come to this location than the other. This location reminds me of the Wal-Mart off the harmony exit in Fort Collins. Keep up the new facilities. read more

I came here looking for "Cheyenne" gear. They have an isle that is supposedly dedicated to Wyoming and Cheyenne gear. Sadly they didn' have any Cheyenne items. I wanted them because my daughter's name is Cheyenne. They had some Wyoming shirts. Most of the shirts were men's shirts. One 4 foot section was pretty empty that was supposed to have gifts and mugs on them. They had 2 mugs left with a moose and said Wyoming on it. So I bought both of them. read more

Much better than the Walmart on dell range! Never nearly as crowded, easier to access, clean, and organized. I prefer King Soopers for a lot of my grocery related shopping, but Walmart has a lot to offer at good prices on other items! Also a fan of subway inside rather than McDonald's. read more

Today I went to the WalMart off of 80. I needed to get some help with my tracphone that I bought there 4 months ago. I did something, pushed a wrong button or something, but I couldn't get or do ANYthing on my phone. there was only one lady behind the desk and she was pretty busy. Just as I turned to walk away, along come 2 employee's w/tags hanging around their necks saying..(oh no, I can't remember!) it was something about being cell phone experts employees. boy did I grabbed them! Jonathon was training a young lady working w/him. I explained the situation to him about my phone, he took it over and w/in 10 minutes he had it working again. I HIGHLY recommend this young man, he was professional and knew his stuff. I also had some questions about the sale of other cell phones and again, he knew what he was talking about. if you have a problem w/your cell phone that you purchased there, I recommended you look for him. He said he is there Tue. - Sat. up till 7 p.m. I can't express strongly enough how much of a weight this took off my shoulders. read more

I love this Walmart for its great choice of fast food (Subway) and its multiple self-checkouts so we can get in and out fast. That is until we try to leave the building and the person who used to be the greeter has turned around to check every persons receipt as they leave causing an additional line to wait in. WHAT IS WITH THIS SHAKE DOWN??!! Don't they have security to watch for shoplifters from the amazing amount of cameras out there? So glad they built a new Walmart. The one on Dell Range was O.k. but you can see so much more at the new one. Employees so much more friendly and helpful which is a good thing because nothing is in the same place as the other one. I have been going to this one for a year now and wanted to wait to write a review after they have been open for awhile to see if it was going to change at all. Still the same as when it opened. Looking for good watermelon, out of season? Don't go here. They are selling a fresh cut spears product that is flavorless and CRISP. Watermelon should not be crisp. If this is a new variety and this is characteristic, they need to label it appropriately so I know what I am buying....and not buy it again!! The label says it comes from Guatemala. So I've been a customer of the Walmart pharmacy for decades now. The last three times I've gone in I've been told it will be a twenty to thirty minute wait. There's never been more than 2 people waiting when I get there. Around fifty minutes later the prescription is finally filled. I'm guessing they want me roaming the store to find deals I just can't resist and will buy. I don't.
