Absolutely loved the food! I got the shredded beef taco and shredded beef tostada. My Husband got a ground beef taco (which he said the beef was overcooked.) a chicken burrito, chicken enchilada and a pork tamale. Everything other than the taco he enjoyed. I got a small margarita and it was made perfectly. My only complaint would be the service. We were seated promptly when we arrived. Our waitress came right away, but once our order came she never came over without us calling her over. Once we were done, we waited at least 15 minutes to get a box and our check. Well this place was fairly new to Cheyenne. They HAD the BEST chile rellenos I have ever eaten. I am sad to say I went there last night and to my horror, they were out of business. I hope the chef will regroup and reopen! read more

Service was lackluster at best. The waiter could barely understand english and the order was wrong when served . I applaud anyone working and if a person speaks any language other than their native language it shows they are trying to improve themselves however it is critical to a restaurants survival to get the food orders correct. The management needs to mentor this young man and help him improve customer service. Menu is varied and different from most of the other Mexican restaurants. Food was not that good on the night we were there however some folks at work have reported good food. read more

Capiro Ambriento is new to Cheyenne. I think this restaurant has only been open for a few weeks, and that should have been my first warning sign. However, my wife has ate there several times because she works in the same complex as this restaurant and has said their food is really good. Myself, I'm not a huge Mexican food person, but I figured I'd give it a shot with an open mind. As we walk in the door, we are promptly seated by a very nice and friendly gentleman, and he even grabbed us a high chair for our daughter. So far so good. We place our orders, and as I'm tending to my daughter, my wife orders me the "Three Tacos meal, without lettuce and tomato." She also asked to have the beans replaced with rice. The waitress agreed. My wife then repeated the no lettuce and tomato part and substituting rice for the beans. The waitress replied "Yes, no problem," then my wife orders her food. The meal comes out, but not as I requested. Tons of lettuce and tomatoes on the Shredded Beef tacos, and a big old pile of beans on the side. Either the waitress totally didn't listen to us or she didn't relay the proper order to the cook. I'm not the kind of person who creates a scene in public, I just simply don't spend my hard earned money in their establishment again. Anyway, I pick stuff off the tacos, and basically got down to the shredded beef and taco shell (there really wasn't any cheese on them). The shredded beef was flavorless. I guess I expected the meat to have some sort of seasoning to it, but it didn't. My wife had ordered the two burrito meal, and wanted two different burritos. Once again, the request had been ignored. Disappointed with our meal, we left and walked up to the cashier/greeter. He asked if we needed our ticket and we told him we did, our waitress never brought it. He looks in their computer, and it wasn't even there. The guy had to create it right in front of us. I understand that this business is new, and with all new restaurants there are many bugs to work out both in the front and back of the house. Even though I probably will not go back here, I really hope for their sake that they can work things out, and quickly not only for themselves but for the city of Cheyenne as well. This town needs non-chain restaurants badly, and I hope Capiro Ambriento can fix their issues and be around for years to come. read more

Very polite and kind staff and great service. I am a cheese enchilada addict and they did not disappoint.
