Okay this does not go for the WHOLE mall, but today i was in there shopping with one of my friends and we were talking in front of this new dubai chocolate stand, And as we are talking the man who runs the stand walked up next to us and said"it's $21.99 for one chocolate bar"FIRST OF ALL I WASNT EVEN TALKING TO HIM-and second i didn't even want a chocolate bar...so i just said "okay?"and kept talking, and because i am a teenage girl that doesn't have a debit card-i was holding my money in my hand cuz we literally stopped to talk about some personal stuff on the way to ulta...(the reason we had came here)but this guy takes the $25 i have in my hand and hands me a chocolate bar saying"$25 will work i guess"AND ONCE AGAIN I AM A TEEN GIRL AND THIS MAN IS PROBABLY IN HIS 30S SO OF COURSE IM NOT GOING TO GET PISSY WITH A GUY 10x LARGER THAN ME,SOOO I JUST WALK AWAY CONFUSED.Once again this is nothing towards the mall but 100% towards the owner of this stand...This guy was disrespectful,scandalous,and just overall rude‍ read more

Ooooof. We drove over an hour to visit this mall, and it's pretty bad. Lots of vacancies, what's there is dated, shabby and depressing. There's a great feed store though, and Dillards has some interesting offerings. Otherwise... not much to enjoy. Seems to largely be an indoor exercise track for people who are cooped up in winter; nothing wrong with that, but if you were hoping for some decent shopping and food, this mall isn't it. read more

Nice, clean mall. My daughter really enjoyed the toy store and the play area. Good selection of stores. We were dodging walkers a lot, but that's not really the owners fault... Decent food court, we had soda and pretzels that were delicious. read more

ULTA at Frontier Mall, great vibe. I'm usually a Sephora gal, but I have to say this ULTA was great.

Updating with new information because I'm bored really. This mall is dying. Chik Fil'A and the Theater closed-up shop, and there are a great deal of empty storefronts. It's looking run down these days, and a pale shadow its former self. I suspect the only reason it's still got a weak pulse is the influx of Nebraskans from tiny po-dunk towns closer to Cheyenne than elsewhere. Here's what you have left for the most part: Clothing stores (Penny's is near closing nationwide and has been for a while), an Asian novelty store with cheap crap in it such as katana blades for guys who wear fedoras, an FYE that has pop stuff that has become mainstream (you'll see a few overweight or socially awkward Weeabos hovering around in here most times), Jewelry stores selling slaved mined precious stones, Sports related stores (Shoes, Athletic gear), a trendy poseur skater store, and a shoe store that sells Doc Martins that are about as punk as an angry 15-year-old girl with green hair crying about the patriarchy. There is a pet store that is WAY overpriced (If you want a dog/cat adopt one from the shelter!). There is also a Joann Fabrics there because when I go to a mall I think, "Man I wish this mall had a crafting store, I could knit a nice pair of pants". Oh yeah and a recruiting office for the Armed Forces. If this review update sounds bitter, it's because I remember the mall when it was first built and how glorious it was back then. It was THE social spot during the 80's, and always had the coolest things to buy. Heck, my father worked in Sears back then, and on weekends with him I would be handed fifty bucks and told to go have fun in the mall for 8 hours. I knew every back hallway, and quiet spot to read a book I'd bought at Waldenbooks (which closed long ago). Then have lunch at one of the following: Chik Fil'A, Arby's, Kettle-Corn, or Orange Julius. Anyways, I honestly wish they'd just tear the place down and start fresh like the Foothills Fashion Mall did down in Fort Collins. Outside open community areas are a great pull for people to gather. read more

at the CC pop shop the man who i believe is the owner seems to like to make sexual jokes to women who come in and ask him questions i heard him make two to a woman who was inquiring about a figure and he made one to me stating "that's what she said" when i said something about a figure being large. very unprofessional will not be taking my children in here ever again for pokémon card trading. very weird read more

Stopped in late this afternoon for a quick visit. Had no expectations. I'm sure it's not easy being a mall these days, or having a store in a mall. I'm giving this two stars simply because there are more than a few empty storefronts. I liked that it had a Jax with friendly employees, and a charming - read small - Dillard's. Other than that a bit disappointing. Then again, I'm used to Scottsdale and Denver so I may just be a bit spoiled. read more

Typical mall has a variety of stores and place to get your grub on. Over the years I have seen many business in and out of the mall. I really miss Eddie Bauer had great clothes . Glad to have the extended sized Maurice's great remodel. Chick Fila is my go to place to eat in the mall never disappoints. Over all average mall for a small town. read more

Frontier Mall - Shopping Centers Near Me - Cheyenne, Wyoming

Maybe it's because I'm from the city, but this mall always seems empty to me. I've gone several times during different times of the day, but there were never that many people compared to other malls I've been to. Despite the few people in the mall, most of the storefronts were occupied with quality establishments. I don't know how most of those stores can stay in business with how few people I've seen in the mall. A covered garage would be nice during winter, but patrons will have to travel in the cold from their cars into the mall. Then again, it probably wouldn't be cost effective. read more

This place doesn't have a food court and they closed the Taco John's - the only reason for going here! So disappointed. Changed the rating - the comment was just a joke. When home for Christmas my niece and I always went to Taco Johns while everyone else was shopping - it was our "thing". And we only have 1 TJ's in Colorado - would love to have more (downtown, Stapleton ANY WHERE, really). read more

I recently applied for a loan with Sleep Number and was denied. I then received four contacts from Sleep Number aggressively offering me a secondary loan. Two of these contacts came directly from the Frontier Mall store, after I had made it clear to the company that I wanted nothing to do with them anymore due to their predatory behavior. Sleep Number has made is very clear to me that they engage in predatory lending tactics designed to make money off of their customers' debt. read more

Standard mall with pretty good selection of stores and things to buy. Well kept and location is great. Right by lots of the great restaurants in town. Food options here aren't that bad either. read more

Stores closing, need better more upscale stores, but to attract them you need to update the mall, get it clean. The doorways are filthy, the flooring is beaten up. Need stores like old navy, aeropostle, sephora, and kiosks that attract people rather than chase them away. read more

Just moved to Cheyenne from Austin, TX..and thought I would check out Frontier Mall. My husband and I went over for the first time on 11/18/14 to Joann Fabrics. The mall parking lot was full..lots of people around..very clean inside and nice selection of stores. We just went inside to Joann Fabrics to make a purchase. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely return to Frontier Mall. I feel pretty safe walking around that place..even if I was by myself. read more

Really enjoyed my first visit to the frontier mall as it is an indoor mall which is harder and harder to find. It was concerning that there were quite a few empty stores, but even with that there is a good selection. I was pleasantly surprised to find an old fashioned candy store, Bourbon Street Candy, where you scoop your own candy. They also appear to be a all year long Christmas store also, although not much selection this time of year. Make sure to eat at Dicky's BBQ while there. You do have to go outside of the main mall to get to it, but well worth the short walk. read more

One thing that I must give Frontier Mall credit for, is that they haven't caught that disease that a lot of other smaller malls have. There aren't many, if any, empty store fronts. If a store moves out, its normally replaced within a couple weeks with something new. There is always traffic in this mall, but nothing crazy like the large city malls. Also, this is one of only 3 malls in the entire state of Wyoming. The other two are in Casper and Rock Springs, which are 188 and 245 miles away respectfully. Its a really good mall, that seems to be surviving when other malls this size are failing. read more

There needs to be a third stall in the men's restroom. For a mall, I should not have to wait for someone to get done doing their business so I can conduct mine. The hysteria of needing to unload and finally finding the place of business to be full brings a great distaste. read more

Not a fancy mall, but clean and updated and feels safe. Ample amounts of free parking but some of the potholes could sink a ship, so navigate accordingly. read more
