A great stop off 281 for all things animal, yard, equipment or outdoor related. And who doesn't love looking at baby chicks and ducklings? We always find a good deal while we are here. The staff is always polite and helpful. read more

I called in today to ask if TC carried pins for gooseneck trailers. The man who answered offered to go look for the different types of pins for me. He even gave me his cell # & let me send him photos of what the hitch looked like. Then, he sent me photos of what he had in stock. This kind of service is unheard of these days! After he sent me numerous photos w details, I asked for his name. Preston Scott went above & beyond!!! If you need help at this Tractor Supply he will actually help you. What a great guy!!! He could've just said "yes, come look at them". Thank you Preston!!! read more

Our restaurant/bar, goes through fire starters like crazy. One of our employees went and had no clue where to look. They asked an associate, Matthew, and he helped them find them, get the right ones, and was so considerate. It's hard to find nice people that enjoy their job, and he definitely takes pride in the company and the work that he does. read more

Just call to confirm an item in stock. I told the guy I was coming from 25 miles away. He said there was one left. He refused to hold it until I got there. He said I can order it online. Nuff said. I don't know how businesses stay open with apathetic customer service. read more

Such a sad scene when viewing the chicks & ducks available for purchase. One of the Rhode Island Red's was dead & multiple others were dehydrated & collapsing. My spouse mentioned this to the worker & he acted like he couldn't care less, said he would take care of it & went into the opposite direction. Sickening. Do not recommend to purchase chicks or ducks from. read more

Dog Wash and customer service problem. We never ever had a problem at this Tractor Supply.....until today, we tried the dog was for $9.99 but it was terrible. The sink was clogged with hair that no one cleaned up, it was on the walls and floor and it was filthy and hot and stink and ect....We called up to the store to kindly complain or just point out they need to make customers clean or check it before clients go back to wash their dog and was told they have a night cleaning crew. So I drove up to check the next day and it was still dirty. If you do something, just take pride and do it right It's quality not quantity ....right ??? read more

Great store and friendly helpful staff. Check here if home depot doesn't have an item, you'll be surprised.

I don't know why I have not reviewed this place before now. So here goes. This location is not easy to get in due to being on a one way entry ramp. Then you have to climb up through the switch backs to get in the parking lot. However, once in the parking lot, parking and entrance into the store is easy. The help is always helpful and tries their best to make sure you leave happy. For large products they will even load your car! Unfortunately, this place does not come to mind when I'm in need of stuff. Maybe they need to do more advertising to change that, because when I do go, I have always been able to get what I need. Some examples of getting what I was looking for include fence panels to enlarge my garden, real straw to use in the strawberry patch, and great seed choices for vegetables. They have even been helpful in ordering garden supplies for me. Will I go back? Most definitely as they have ordered some additional fence panels for me to enlarge my garden. read more

Our dogs had been skunked and we tried everything the internet said, vinegar, ketchup among other things to no avail. I called our Tractor Supply and told her about the emergency we had. She told me exactly what to get. So I told her I was on my way and it would take me 20 minutes to get there. As soon as I walked in, I asked where the skunk cleaner was and she asked me if I was the lady whose dogs got skunked? I said yes, she pulled out the bottle from under the counter and said she went to go get it as soon as we hung up the phone. I was in and out in 5 minutes! What great service! BTW that stuff really works. We love our local Tractor and Supply to find all our pet needs and gardening needs! read more

Came to get propane filled. Sat outside and waited 30 minutes. Only to find out that they don't have anyone capable of filling propane. Who manages this joint? read more

Went in to grab chicken food in the pouring rain on my way back from lunch for my dad. My mother and brother pulled up to drop me off and were waiting on someone to move so they could back into a spot. I walk in and i'm greeted by two assholes telling me that where my family was waiting, was not a parking spot. I kindly respond telling them that they were just dropping me off. They continue to tell me that I need to move my car due to it "being a fire hazard" (btw it's pouring) I say okay and text my mom and then carry on to get my chicken feed. Minutes later i'm in the check out line holding a heavy bad of feed and the guy ahead of me is starting a rewards account. Meanwhile, one of the girls working at the register is on her phone slacking off when there is a line of people waiting. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I hope Tractor Supply Co doesn't encourage this type of behavior from there employees. Im disappointed by the way the workers handled both situations. I will not be returning to this location. read more
