I picked out a dish garden,named 'Inside Garden' from this business' website for a funeral, I…read morecalled to place order & pay. A woman took my order,said their payment machine wasn't working,so I could pay at business the day of funeral. Later,that day,same woman calls,saying SHE is going to make me a flower that's "gorgeous". I told her to send me a.picture before she delivered it to Funeral Home, I was horrified at the picture she sent & I told her " that IS NOT what I ordered & I was NOT HAPPY, she said ,'You will love it"! I kept telling her that IS NOT what I ordered, fix it..So,when I get to Funeral Home,there is that horrible plant with my name on it, when I get home,she's blowing up my phone wanting to be paid. Oh she's gonna get paid but NOT what she thinks..A business does not take an order from a customer & then change it to what they think you will like. And, I have pictures
