I reached out to her after a while a moved to NC from Boston, and after a few other groomers turned me down because of my dogs breed (Luna and Bosco are Samoyed and have a full double coated fur). I had no clue of the place or about the groomer, but Amanda and her assistant went above and beyond to try to fit us in their busy schedule. From the minute I walked in, I had a sense of safety and security for my dogs, and both of them felt at easy and comfortable walking in. This never happened before when going to a groomer.... With Amanda they felt s with a flare friend and were not nervous to leave. Before I left Amanda covered everything that I needed to be looked at and taken care of, having a great consideration for their needs and personality. She took her time and when I returned to pick them up they were even more beautiful, they were clean, they smelled good and most importantly "they were not traumatized at all". Her assistant Mariah is also wonderful and she handled Luna and Bosco with such grace and sweetness when she returned them to me. I am totally super satisfied with the place, the atmosphere and Amanda and Mariah. I will not go anywhere else and I am thankful to those who turned us down, they did me a huge favor, so to find Sassy Pup Grooming.

Groomer arrives and says full haircuts are not suggested for my puppy. He says he'll try but didn't seem confident. I appreciated his professional opinion and declined service. These things should have been discussed during booking. Do not offer what is not feasible. I chose mobile for relaxed environment for a first time. Very disappointing

Have taken my dogs to Pet Paws for several years. Today we took our Shih Tsu for his routine…read moregrooming and got him back worse than when we took him. When I called to request either a refund or credit for next time (which now there won't be a next time) I was told I could bring him back and she would "fix it". Believe me, the mess he is cannot be "fixed". He doesn't look like he was even bathed, his ears are uneven, the hair on his head is chopped up (as well as other areas on his body) and worse of all his tail had been nicked and is bleeding! My poor baby. I even asked if he had been difficult and was assured he wasn't a problem. As I tried to reason with the groomer and later learned is also the manager, she started screaming at me saying we had had money problems and in the past (which I later learned from her that her point was that my husband had complained about the prices). After a couple minutes of trying to get a word in, and her continuing to scream at me, since I couldn't get a word in, I hung up. Whatever happened to professionalism and customer service?

Then received a call back from Gayle who rudely explained to me that I should not have replied Cancel in their text and tried to explain to me how it was my problem of my "mistake" to reply Cancel. Something to do with their phone company. I'm really unsure how this was my problem, and I asked if she even wanted me to be a customer but was only met with rudeness and anger.
