They contacted me immediately, arranged to have the dog treated at a local vet, took my dog there and stayed after hours making sure she woke up well after anesthesia. Then, they contacted me frquently, sending me updates and photos of my dog. They REALLY went the extra mile and I am extremely grateful and impressed. I always felt good leaving my dogs here, but I fell 100% secure they will always receive the best care.

I had left instructions of how much to feed her, vet name and number, emergency vet number, etc. , etc. And this is after Devin came into my apartment and I had gone over everything with her! Devin texted me, took pictures and gave me a detailed description of how Mia was doing when I was gone. She cleaned her kitty litter, tried to play with her and even gave her treats! Mia hid from her but by the second day she actually came out of her hiding place. When Devin texted me that, it made me so happy! I did not worry at all about how Mia was doing by being alone because I knew that she was in good hands. I really enjoyed myself without having to be stressed out! It was so wonderful.
