I have been taking my dog here for three years for grooming. Staff is always nice. I called because my dog's grooming appointment was coming up and I wanted to make sure I knew the date. Receptionist takes my name and number down. I get a call some time later telling me my dog's groomer quit and that I was off the books indefinitely because the only other groomer was fully booked. (This is the second groomer my dog has had that quit in the recent past) I understand they are short staffed, but I had to call to find that out. I would've understood if someone reached out to notify me at some point. I was satisfied with the work they did but I don't feel they went about this the right way and left a loyal customer out to dry. read more

This is a fantastic pet store. Nice and clean, easy to navigate, and very willing to help you out. While I don't get to do it often, I do like to take my dogs in as they have a dog treat vending machine and a nice dog treat buffet. One of the best things about Rollover is that they carry very high quality dog food and are very good at helping you figure out the best food for your pet's diet based on age, energy level, etc. While my wife was pregnant, the store employees always helped her carry the bag to her car when she'd go and pick up dog food during the day (don't worry, it was waiting for me to remove it from the car when I got home from work!). Horrible people own this business. I used to take my dog here to get groomed and I can honestly say I have very few experiences where I've been treated as bad as they treated me and my dog. I was pregnant and had a medical condition where I had to be hospitalized because I couldn't stop vomiting. My dogs smell was triggering me to vomit. I called ahead of my dogs grooming begging them for help because I wanted to be able to be around my dog and it was heartbreaking. I asked them to specifically do a deodorant shampoo on him. I couldn't wash him myself because he was a 160 lb Rottweiler and I couldn't lift him in the tub being pregnant. I get him back and he still smells. They tell me they did an oatmeal bath instead because he had dry skin... he has dry skin because he had low thyroid which he was medicated for and oatmeal bath wouldn't help that. my dog had an open wound on his arm and they tried to say he had an infection on his arm that caused his smell. I brought a cone with me to get him groomed that they didn't put on and his leg was bleeding when I went to pick him up. He was in vets care at this time and the wound was not healing but was not infected. About a week after this my dogs bloodwork came back as lymphoma. He was chewing on his leg due to nerve pain from his cancer and that is also why the wound was no healing. He went through chemo but passed away about 2 months after this situation with rollover pets. They could have been helpful and did what I asked, but they never own up to their mistake. They did not and definitely took away precious time from me and my dog. I had to find a new groomer (used the one at CARE where he was getting his chemo) and the results were night and day. I was able to spend the last few weeks of his life by his side. I will never forget how Rollover treated us and will never go there ever again. I tell everyone I know not to go there and a lot of people I talk to have similar experiences. read more

Being a cheapskate, I was a bit defensive when my I walked into RollOver Pets. My wife sent me in for the "special" dog food for our small dog. I didn't really think there was any need to buy high-end dog food, but she insists. Well, I learned a good lesson that day. The staff there was friendly, knowledgeable, and glad to explain the benefits of the "special" dog food. The atmosphere was very upbeat and bright, the selection was extensive, and they just made me feel like I was doing what was best for our dog. The lesson? You do get what you pay for and personalized service is still a winner. read more
