Receptionist takes my name and number down. I get a call some time later telling me my dog's groomer quit and that I was off the books indefinitely because the only other groomer was fully booked. (This is the second groomer my dog has had that quit in the recent past) I understand they are short staffed, but I had to call to find that out. I would've understood if someone reached out to notify me at some point. I was satisfied with the work they did but I don't feel they went about this the right way and left a loyal customer out to dry.

She…read moreis good with all the animals I've seen her with, and all the animals leaving her shop look beautiful. She was so good with my rescued standard poodle that Liesel eagerly jumps out of the car to go in for grooming. Not something I expected given the condition she was in when I rescued her. And although I do not get my SPoo groomed in a typical poodle cut due to our lifetyle, I have seen many other poodles leaving Pawsitive Touch looking perfectly coiffed. I have on occasion, in emergency situations, frequented other groomers, but I will continue to go to Lindsey. My furry kids love her and she fusses over them as if they were her own. As long as Pawsitive Touch is in Kings Mountain, I'll be a client.

They send reminders, confirmations, etc. They work very well with me due to I drive a good distant to get to them and I don't get off till 5:00pm. They hold the pet free of charge if you're running a little late. They also take pictures of your pet and give them nail painting. Only reason why I am not giving them a 5 star was because first time I took my dog and they gave her a nail trim, I think they trimmed it too close to the base so my dog's nail was bleeding a little but not where it was hurting her and she couldn't walk or was limping. It's just the blood got onto my car seats and I didn't realize that until I already drove off and was close to home. I still go back to them because they do take care of my dogs well and communication is very good.
