My dog was in good hands. They are very efficient and professional. The owners and employees have decades of experience and it shows! They really know their business. When we viewed the facility (not a planned visit), we saw first hand how well the manager handled an emergency with an aggressive dog (not ours), after seeing how quickly they handled a "worst case scenario," I knew this was the place to use! They prioritize the health, welfare and safety of the dogs instead of frills and snapping cute photos to get their own social media likes. It may seem more clinical, but they will protect your pup as if it were one of theirs. Several other reviews talk about curt customer service. In my opinion, the service to your dog is more important than coddling and schmoozing the humans. They are experts in dog behavior and provide a generous private kennel space with climate control and a doggie door to allow outside access with area in both shade and sun. My grandpa bred animals for nearly 50 years, and I know quality when I see it. I left knowing my english bulldog was being cared for by someone that not only knew the needs of the breed but had experience with flat-faced breeds, and would not allow other dogs ANY chance of harming my baby.
