Fawning over her success stories on & off the internet, I confidently called up & scheduled an appointment. Tammy told me how far I am from her & it's a long drive. She *encouraged* me to refine my search & avoid highways at certain times. Tammy also offered me HER stylist. What woman offers her coveted contacts to a complete stranger? Background: We're in from LA. So y'all fully understand what an absolute pain in the ass I can be, please. Understand what Tammy had on the other end of the phone as she guided through her Standard Operating Procedures & credentials. This is no joke - there's separation, socialization, play & pampering all offered, on top of a loving & mindful approach to health, well being & grooming. That said, I'm one of the worst out there, I'm fairly certain. My boy is my everything & I'll spare you the rest. I didn't spare Tammy. She got the fully neurotic & wholly unfiltered me. Life happens and sometimes days don't work out like we want. I gave a 24 hour notice when I cancelled. There were times I got the dog back and she looked like she hadn't been bathed only cut. After this last time of cancelling because I didn't have anyway to get her there( I notified 24 hours in advance) they then told me the could not accommodate us anymore because of two many cancellations and that typically the did 6-8 weeks initially and that's what I sat up and there were a couple of times I couldn't get it when I wanted it so it was a longer span of time. I don't recommend this place because they are uncaring what your situation is and then tell you to go somewhere else. So I will go somewhere better! Hope no one ever gets treated like this! So disappointing !!

I found Alix through a recommendation from a vets office. I had her groom my cat. She was absolutely wonderful, my cat still looks great two months later and the price was very reasonable. A few months later I took my small dog to her. The groom was fantastic. I highly recommend Alix and her business. A true professional who seems to genuinely love animals.
