One of the worst services i've had. I made an appointment and when I told them I was there for my appointment they looked at me like I was an alien/burden. there was only one other customer there so they werent even busy. Rude nail tech and he rushed the whole process. He seemed annoyed when I would ask for something and he skipped steps that are normal in an SNS process. He was rough with my skin and nails. He drilled away most of my nail bed and now my nails are even more paper thin. He cut my skin up with the drill too and then ended the experience by asking me how I would like to tip. read more

Two of us went in for pedicure, first the cost was too high so we opted for the basic @ $30.00 I use my translation app on my phone to know what the others are saying, I do not understand Asian. Because we decided on least expensive, we were laughed at and I was offended, but endured the assumptions I could not afford a manicure and a pedicure. The service was quick.....my experience: 1. Cold or lukewarm water. 2. Cut into skin when cutting my big toe nail too close. Said it was ingrown. 3. Never used a file on nails. 4. Used a shredder on my feet to remove dead skin, I made a comment, my skin is thin...70 years old. That made the pedicurist change to a rough sponge. For a short time. 5. Water and lotion on legs and feet. Then warm cloth and warm stones with short massage on lower legs and feet. Then dried legs and feet, turned drain for water on but did not remove something from drain and walked away. The vacuum on the drain became weary loud, Frightened me sitting in chair Sounded like it was going on implode.....another staff member came over to turn off machine and take stopper out of drain. This person was very apologetic! The person waiting on me came back, Proceeded to place toe separators and paint base cote and color on my toe nails. I do not remember if top coat was placed on them or not. I was ready to go. The other person I had come with also had a pedicure and was not very happy either, the left the legs and feet damp. .... "Why massage to bone on top of the shin? The muscles on the back is what I wanted worked on, that's what I told the pedicurist!" was the comment made to me. Not a happy customer either so that you understand that was two different experiences. We will not return to this salon, we will try the other two across the street in the PUBLIX shopping Center. I called to make an appointment on 6/10/2021 at 1pm with Christine, she answered the phone but did not say her name. I recognized her voice as I had been serviced solely by her a few times in the past. I stated my name and that I would like to make an appointment with Christine and she responded "oh she's not working today but you can come back tomorrow" although I knew it was her I was speaking to. I simply said that's ok and hung up. I called back around 6:45pm and a male answered the phone. I again asked if Christine was working and he said yes. I asked if she was available to see me for an appointment today, he said yes and told me to come to the shop in 30 minutes. At the very end of the call I gave him my name to hold the spot. When I walked into the salon for my appointment Christine was already servicing another woman as if she made a point to be occupied prior to me arriving. The male that I spoke with on the phone runs to the front desk and states to me that I can't be seen because Christine was now busy. I reiterated to him that I had just called 30 minutes ago and made an appointment. He then states "oh I got it confused she's not available anymore, someone else can see you". I then asked well if she was unavailable why didn't you call me back to let me know, so that I wouldn't have driven here. Literally no explanation whatsoever. There's clearly a discrepancy in the appointment policy and compliance to service those that would have precedence over walk-ins being that I called ahead of time and was guaranteed an appointment not even 30 minutes before showing up. Also the blatant lying to returning customers is quite disrespectful. I will no longer come here as it is clear that as soon as I gave my name over the phone and was recognized as a returning customer of color I was no longer serviceable. read more

I absolutely recommend that you give them a try. I am sure you will love them also. I even tried Gel for my pedicure. I just moved to the area and have tried a few salons, they were not very attentive to detail. I have acrylic and I do gel polish... the polish was not even at all, and nails looked lumpy. Coffin came out terrible and I tried them twice. Had a friend come with me the 2nd time and asked for almond, they kept having to file more and correct as they kept wanting to do stilettos instead. They were just sub par.Save your money and take a drive to Spa Nails off of Trickum in Woodstock. The customer service and nail techs are by far the best I've ever had in GA. read more

Hands down my favorite nail salon in the Woodstock/hickory flat area. I went somewhere over by the outlet for a pedi about a month ago and they were so rough, over clipped my cuticles to the point of scabbing. Here, I've had multiple employees provide pedis and manis and I'm in love. Also, extreme attention to detail with their dip powder. I used to always leave the salon with gobs of excess too coat on the sides and under my nail bed - not here! This place is clean, everyone is super friendly and they actually communicate with you. I'm not from around here and was looking for places to get my acrylics filled so I had messaged TQ nails prior and they said a fill would be $23. So I went, and I thought it was a nice place.... WRONG. The man who did my nails was really aggressive and was rushing. He kept getting mad at me because I couldn't relax my fingers because I was tense but then when i did he got mad because the polish touched him. I also got coffin nails and they are slanted on the top. It hasn't even been a day and the gel polish is already chipping off and my nails hurt because he was agressive and are cut up around because of the sandpaper tool he used. ALSO, the acrylics ended up costing $45! NEVER AGAIN!!! Go to Vanessa Nails for a better experience and nice workers!! read more

This was my second time for a pedicure. The young woman who seated me had to be told the water was about to overflow. The pedicure was just ok. I missed the foot/leg massage. The big complaint is that she started on a young girl's manicure while my polish was drying and never came back to me.
