They left debris all over our roof and painted over brand new stucco, which is actually supposed to cure and not be painted right away. The color that they used to paint. Our house was a dark gray over our light gray. We had a big L on the front of our house that looked awful when I reached out to the company about it they said well, it's not the same color so probably just best to paint the whole front of your house. My husband got up there himself with some matched paint from Sherwin-Williams and fixed it and cleaned all the debris off the roof. We will not be using this company again.

Unfortunately not as much care was used when this was being done. It is a garage but our laundry, and many kids toys are out there. There was no cover or anything used to protect any of our things. Due to drilling through a wall, there was lots dust and debris all over all of our laundry and items in our garage. I reached out and let him know that I thought the floor where the new door was would be a little bit more finished and smoothed out and I did not receive a response. Very disappointing.

Before hiring, verify the contractor's license directly with the Florida DBPR. After experiencing…read moremultiple issues during my renovation, I discovered that Megapolis Construction did not appear to hold an active Florida contractor license. Permits for my project appeared to be filed through another company, M & Z Construction. My project experienced significant delays, change-order/upcharge disputes, inspection and engineering/blueprint issues, and several promised items that were never completed. Some work I ultimately completed myself to move the project forward. During disputes over these issues, the possibility of a construction lien was also raised. When I later sold the property, the closing attorney flagged concerns regarding the contractor/licensing structure and held part of the sale proceeds temporarily while the matter was reviewed. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to independently verify licensing, permitting, contracts, and who is actually responsible for the work / injuries / defects before making payments or signing agreements. Nick, the owner of Megapolis Construction is apparently a married man. To the licensed contractor of the Florida license he used for permits for my project. They are invested together financially but with the current structure, it seems they are able to possibly avoid any direct liability operating between 2 companies.

They completely transformed the space, and the finishes and details all look high-end and beautifully done. From start to finish, the Megapolis Construction team was professional, punctual, and very easy to work with. They communicated clearly, respected my time, and kept the project on schedule and within the agreed budget. The quality of their craftsmanship really stands out: the tile work is precise, the fixtures are perfectly installed, and every corner and edge looks clean and polished. The bathroom now feels like a luxury spa, and I've already received so many compliments from friends and family. They also kept my home as clean and organized as possible during the entire process, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Megapolis Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, detail-oriented contractor who truly cares about the final result.

From interior painting to adding and hanging light fixtures, refreshing a bathroom, building a new base cabinet with a beautiful quartzite countertop, and installing new shower doors--everything has been handled with precision and care. The only time the timeline shifts is if we make changes--which is on us! It's refreshing to work with a contractor who is so reliable. We still have more to do, and there's no doubt that Dependable Services is the company we want to continue working with. The price quoted included the roof, sidewalk and walkway up to our house. They even cleaned our front door! We set up a day for them to come out which happened to coincide with a neighbor down the street who was also getting pressure cleaning done by them. All we had to do to prepare was to clear off our patio and porch. They took care of covering any plants near the roof line. We were concerned about a gardenia tree that we tried to cover ourselves but didn't have enough covering so we asked that they make sure that tree was protected. They did a great job with the landscaping... there were no casualties. The roof, sidewalk, walkway and our front door were very clean! Our front door looked like it had a fresh coat of paint! The nice thing is that you don't have to prepay them. We waited until we got home from work to make sure that we were happy with the work that was done. They accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Cash App & Venmo. They also accept Credit Cards but they charge a transaction fee. We will definitely be using them again!

Not a big deal however when I noticed they were back on my block doing a neighbor's house, I asked William, the leader of the workers to please do what he could to remove the stains. They tried, he said but they could not be completely removed with pressure. I then asked him if they could paint over it since I had the leftover paint, which would have taken 15 minutes tops. William informed me that the stains were caused by dirt in the tracks under my windows, like it was my fault (who cleans their window tracks? - I never asked them to spray my windows, only the roof so his workers caused the stains.) I said, your man left before inspecting the house to make sure all was good, to which he responded "No, No, No, No, No" that's not my problem." I attempted to convince him that it was his workers that left the stains and it would be good business practice to fix the problem but he ignored me and left. I called the office and his wife apologized and offered to have them come to paint it another day but after thinking about it, since William did not apologize to me directly, I did not want to deal with him again after being treated so rudely. 2 stars for decent work but poor attitude and customer service by WIlliam.
