We had stucco repairs done a little over a year ago, which we thought were pretty good so we called them again when we had more stucco repairs that were needed. They left debris all over our roof and painted over brand new stucco, which is actually supposed to cure and not be painted right away. The color that they used to paint. Our house was a dark gray over our light gray. We had a big L on the front of our house that looked awful when I reached out to the company about it they said well, it's not the same color so probably just best to paint the whole front of your house. My husband got up there himself with some matched paint from Sherwin-Williams and fixed it and cleaned all the debris off the roof. We will not be using this company again. read more

Sadly I have to update my review. As previously stated, I used them again due to being very pleased. I had them put a door in my garage leading outside. Unfortunately not as much care was used when this was being done. It is a garage but our laundry, and many kids toys are out there. There was no cover or anything used to protect any of our things. Due to drilling through a wall, there was lots dust and debris all over all of our laundry and items in our garage. I reached out and let him know that I thought the floor where the new door was would be a little bit more finished and smoothed out and I did not receive a response. Very disappointing. read more

As someone who just moved to the area, it's hard to know who to trust. I purchased a home that needed some things updated like my bathrooms, kitchen and a whole lot of painting. I found Leo Solutions online and within an hour received a phone call to set up an estimate. That afternoon Hector came by, who was really friendly and knowledgeable. Leo Solutions started their work less than a week later and guaranteed they would have it all complete before the weekend, which they did! They were polite, SO clean, and most of all which I find important, took the time to describe to me exactly what I needed and what the work entailed. I'd 100% recommend. Run away from this contractor as fast as you can!!!! He, his brother, and his crew will try to extort you out of more money than they originally agreed to per contract. Make sure to ask for their contractor license number and have them give it to you in writing . Research and make sure the license number is valid. They first told me they have a contractor license number and that they are insured up to $3 million, but after agreeing to the quote provided and Leo starting work when I requested it again he said they use someone else's license number. Leo and his brother Hector will play tag team on whom you need to talk to get a response. They will rip everything in your house and then will start asking for more money to complete the job. Scam artists. These are the type of contractors we constantly are hearing about in the news. Whatever you do, DO NOT, give them the deposit they request. They will take your hard earned money and run. They will constantly make up all kind of excuses as to why they are not able to complete the job. Update: Not one week has passed and one set of sliding doors ($500) that were installed by this brainiacs almost came crashing down. Look at the photos. This team of very smart people missed not one, not two, but 6 screws when installing the sliding doors. Please do yourself a favor and hire a licensed contractor with skills. These guys claim to have 8 years experience in the contracting business. Look at the photos and ask yourself if this looks like someone that has 8 years of experience. I am glad that they left early because if not they were going to damage all the doors they originally agreed to install. Not even the most simple task of painting could they get it right. We are talking about already primed baseboards, mouldings, and doors. They did not even need to sand them down. Just wipe and its ready for paint. We hired a new licensed contractor for the same rate Leo charges and so far he has had to fix half of the "work" this geniuses completed. He says this is one of the worst jobs he has seen. From day one he laid down covers on the floor to not damage it. Leo Solutions promised to lay down covers throughout the house to not damage the floors, but they never did. These guys are so smart that they put blue tape above the baseboards and then caulked the baseboards. Of course when the caulk dried the blue tape got stuck in the baseboards and the new contractor has had to remove all the caulking to reapply it. I regret not reading the reviews more closely before hiring them. Now I can see that many of this "positive" reviews seem fake. Look at the photos. These do not lie as to the quality of the work provided. Oh and one more thing. Leo said that he would work in sections, and that he would finish one section first before moving on to the next. I should have understood that the whole house is considered one section and that he was not going to complete any of the work. It was also agreed that he and his team would cover and remove any fixtures to make sure that it would not get painted. Of course he did not do that. $150 shower head, covered in paint. $60 towel racks, covered in paint. $3,000 marble shower floor, covered in paint. $30 door handles, covered in paint. Recently sealed garage floor covered in paint. I thought I was paying a premium rate for high quality work. I ended paying a premium rate for half assed, not even completed work. Worse off is that you charged me $100 for materials two days before you left to buy a box of caulking and blue tape that was not even half used and I saw the video of you taking it with you. read more

I truly cannot say more positive things about this company. I became aware of this company through a local neighbor. My roof has been severely damaged because of last year's storm. I have hired 2 other companies who did not complete the job the way I was expecting, and my roof has continued to leak. It has been extremely stressful in trying to find a reliable company. I had lots of small projects in my condo and after checking Yelp reviews I contacted a couple different folks. Leo was very responsive and reasonable. I wanted to get things done and he was quick to get with me and assist in making my home what I wanted it to be. He and his wife worked together to accomplish all the tasks. I had five windows getting vertical blinds, a ten foot blind being hung on my balcony after the two smaller ones were removed, a ceiling fan removed and another installed on my balcony, three closets having bi-fold doors installed, a ceiling fan removed and a light installed to replace it, an attic light installed, and more. They even assisted with getting some of the items at Home Depot. Unlike other workers I've had, they showed up right away and quickly got everything done. The workmanship was of the highest quality. They were reasonable, professional, dependable, personable, and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Dishonest. Not happy. 1 coat of paint for each small room , kitchen area , and 2 tiny bathrooms in my small condo. Did not advise me about bad dry wall in several areas. Just painted over it. ONE coat ..., $3000. Did other little stuff for another $600. Half assed .. had to hire someone else to come behind and fix their mess... at Home Depot paid $157 paint .. the staff try to take it with them when they were done. I went outside and said this is my paint and took it in... they installed by fold that I paid top dollar for And didn't install the bottom slider or anything on bottom. That would be next time they came back. More $$$$ in their pocket Slapped a bathtub soap dish on with caulk and 4 days later the whole thing came off including the wet mushy caulk and left big hole in wall. I called them. They said if they came back they would have to charge me to fix it ... just got both bedrooms brand new vinyl flooring These punks destroyed the floor in both bedrooms deep scratches everywhere underneath beds mostly while moving the beds I noticed this while cleaning under them yesterday. I recently had some stucco repairs done on my house. The communication with Hector was excellent via telephone as well as text. One thing I dislike about South Florida is the lack of punctuality. This was not an issue with Leo Solutions. They said they would be at my house to start the project at 9:00am and I got a knock on the door at 8:55. The patches were done to perfection and they even did a pretty excellent job matching the pattern of the stucco. I was nervous about someone coming over and slapping on some pre-mixed stucco and calling it good, but these guys went all out and did the job the right way. Well... they pretty much stole money from us by leaving the job without finishing the project, giving excuses as to why they were doing a shitty job and cashing the second check (without completing a fraction of the job)!! They did a very terrible job and blamed it on the painting , they truly suck at painting, installing doors, baseboard, etc, etc. Run as far away from them as possible. I have been looking for a good, reliable, and budget friendly handyman for quite sometime now. After reading many reviews on Yelp, I decided that Leo Solutions sounded like the company I wanted to trust to do my projects around the house. I had high hopes for Leo Solutions based on the reviews that I read. Well all expectations fell short, here is a brief summary as to why. I reached out to Leo and we communicated about the project. His responses were very timely, which I liked right off. I proceeded after having the initial conversation with him made an appointment for his team to come over and see my garage the next day. I would like to turn my garage into a room and to make this work, we need to have a wall put in front of the garage door and drywall needs to be applied to the concrete walls already in the space (among other things to pull it all together) . We planned for his team to come out the next day for the measurements and estimate. We had a bit of a communication problem, I thought the appointment was for 9AM and he thought it was to be after 5PM. No big deal, sometimes things get lost in translation via text messages. So Leo and his team showed up around 6PM. I escorted them to the garage and we discussed what I was looking to have done. Now, I'm not a contractor nor a handyman but I do feel that maybe you should write done the measurements and maybe even draw out a rough sketch of the area just to have as a reference (maybe). After the discussion and measurements he said he would get back to me with the estimate for the job. The estimate took place on June 4th and it is now June 14th and I haven't heard anything back from Leo in regards to my estimate. I know sometimes these things can take a little time, but it seems to me that 1 week should be a fair amount of time to get back to a potential customer about an estimate for a project, especially when there was no time frame given to expect the estimate. Until now I am still waiting for my estimate. I am not saying that Leo Solutions is not a good company, I just wish that things would have turned out a little differently for me. I had high hopes that I found the right handyman for all of my projects that are to big for me to handle and which requires the expertise to do the job.
