Just want to point out the poor workmanship of this individual Karnel Anderson. He charged 1158$…read morefor what he claimed would be 2 days of work which took him only one day. We couldn't put some of our shutters up because he did not size them correctly. So there are currently drill holes in my wall over my bedroom window with no shutters to match. Porch ceiling collapsed because of the work that he was doing. He promised to return to fix it but never returned and stopped taking calls after. He tried to charge for an extra window that was not drafted in the contract we agreed upon. Screws are not going all the way in because they didn't drill the holes properly for the shutters.

I stumbled upon Anderson's Installation, Assembly, and Repair Services as they along with handyman and painting services also did repair of garbage disposals. I made an appointment with the business several weeks ago in order to get this problem diagnosed and fixed. Cleon, came by and he very quickly noticed a problem. It seemed that their was no electricity currently working in that part of the kitchen tied into the garbage disposal unit. He stated he did not know if it was working or fried and that I needed to hire an electrician to first diagnose the electric problem before he could attempt to find out what was wrong with my garbage disposal unit. Crazy thing is he did not charge me for coming down. He drove all the way from Weston to Ext. 2 off the turnpike Homestead! I am truly surprised he did not charge us a service fee of some type. After I hired an electrician to come fix my electrical problem, I contacted the company again and Clean once again made the long drive down to my home. He found that the garbage disposal was fried and would not work, probably due to some kind of surge. He went and purchased a new unit at Lowe's and installed it. Total cost $95.00 for the new garbage disposal unit and $133.00 for diagnosing and installing the unit. Well worth the price. Cleon was professional and courteous throughout the time he worked at my home. Will consider them in the future for future projects/repairs.

I had a wall that was under my dining room window that needed to be removed (the sheet rock) and also the baseboard needed replaced. All done and looking neuva! I had to use a translator to communicate but thats ok they understood what I was saying and I understood what they replied! I also had my walkway and driveway pressure cleaned and painted. Its BLINDING how clean and bright it looks now! He failed to use the BM paint I paid extra for (he would not provide a receipt for the paint after numerous requests), failed to remove hardware, failed to paint the closets, failed to paint my kitchen in semi gloss, failed to properly prep new construction... He did do a great job of getting paint on my new appliances and freshly refinished floors.
