There has never been a time where David hasn't been professional and accommodating He goes above and beyond for his customers and his employees have always been professional, polite, and respectful of my home. The work his company does has always been impeccable and that's why I'm going to be calling him for the fourth time. I felt the need to write this because it is beyond me what I'm reading right now as I know none of it is true. Every bit of it sounds so calculated and repetitive as if it's all coming from the same person. It's sad that people have nothing better to do with their time these days then to try to taint a very kind upstanding professional . I will be calling Southern Textures in the next week for work I need done and I would recommend him to anybody. I actually did recommend him to my mother. He did work for her also. He does amazing work and he's a very upstanding professional .

They have NO SHOWED on 4 separate occasions, over a period of 3 weeks. They do not answer the phone or they tell you they're on their way and then never show up. Leaving you sitting around waiting for hours / days / weeks. I feel that I have been more than patient but have still been unable to get the job completed. I have taken multiple days off work and rearranged my schedule to make the days they rescheduled work and then nobody shows up. My house has been torn apart for weeks due to the ongoing scheduling issues. They have left me no choice than to post reviews of this experience and file a complaint. Additionally, within minutes of me and my partner leaving a Google Review they tried to report the review stating that we were not even clients, even though we have screenshots of everything, including all calls, text conversations, and the Zelle payments amounting to $850. Additionally, we just found out that their license is VOID and they are unlicensed - claiming License # 17-P-20764-X and CC # 23-DL-22957-X - 7/22 Wednesday - spoke to office and scheduled the job. - My job was originally scheduled for 9:30am Friday 7/31 - Saturday 8/1. - 7/31 Friday - Nobody showed up. I called and texted all day Friday. Kept being told someone would be here within 1-2 hours. Nobody ever came. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Friday 8/7 - Saturday 8/8. - 8/7 Friday - Trey showed up. - 8/8 Saturday - Nobody showed up. Again, I called and texted all day with little to no responses. Saturday night at 7:30pm Wayne showed up and said it would take him at least 5 hours to complete - that would've been 1am. He left and said someone would come back Monday. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Monday 8/10. - 8/10 Monday - Trey showed up late around 11am. He stayed and worked through the day, however, did not get the ceiling to a smooth finish and decided to paint it anyway. I pointed out all of the bubbles and cracks and he attempted to repair while the paint was still wet. Obviously this did not work. I called the owner, David, and expressed my concerns and was told it would be fixed. It was not. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Friday 8/14. - 8/14 Friday - Nobody showed up. I called and spoke to the office. She said the crew was dropping someone off and that they were on their way. She stated someone would be here before Noon. Still nobody showed up. These are clean, organized and communicative professionals. My project was small but complicated. We have an odd counter top extension that sort of hung out at a weird angle, we did not use and took up an entire room of the house (it is a small house). It was becoming a place for accumulating junk. This project required that they cut off a section of granite countertop and detach the extension from the floor. Then they trimmed the granite to a new length it so that they could reposition it with a CLEAN SEAM. It looks great and now I have more usable counter top space for cooking, the kids have a counter to sit at for breakfast and we have an extra room in the house.
