Terra Pavers Where to start? We contracted for pavers in…read morethe middle of the COVID crisis. May 2021 to be exact. I did my due diligence and researched as much as I could find and took 4 quotes from a select group of contractors. I had my personal favorite on who I hoped would win the bid. I got my way! While Terra Pavers was not the lowest bid they also were not the most expensive. I went back to my research and mirrored the pros and cons of several bids; ultimately, Terra Pavers won the job. We went down to their vendor to look at samples and placed our order. Little did we know that there would be a supply issue that would set all paver companies back months. No one's fault, just is what it is. Damn COVID to Hades and back, better yet just stay in Hades and don't come back! Through the waiting process, Terra Pavers got permits approved (no small feat in my little community) and we waited on pavers. During the wait, the Customer Service Manager Janette maintained contact periodically and occasionally Javier (engineer) would check in to let me know they are trying to press but they too are waiting for pavers on ALL jobs. Fast forward... Finally, they arrived. Let the fun begin! Day 1 all old pavers picked up and moved to the side. They brought in sand and leveled the area tamped it down and then rechecked level. Day 2 crew arrives with pavers in tow. Over the course of the day these guys worked like mad and literally were ~90% done at days end. Day 3 smaller crew arrives and they finish up all detail work. They took away all debris and there was NOTHING to clean up when they left. The job they did literally surpassed my highest expectations... as well as when the city comes out to do the final inspection in the permit... they were commenting on the extra touches and attention to detail the company took. They literally cut the pavers on a curve going around the pool with a 15 inch wide blade. I didn't even know that was possible! Can't beat that in my book! Oh, and did I say how incredibly fabulous the pavers look and the top tier workmanship? My backyard is now beautiful! I would highly recommend Terra Pavers and and would like to thank them for their professionalism and incredible work!

I am new…read moreto the Florida area and my husband and I recently bought a home, so I called about 10-12 different companies to vet them about everything from painting (interior and exterior of our new home), to electrical work, to something more simple such as power washing. The reason why I picked Ronald was because out of the companies that I called he was one of one that actually answered and responded to my calls and texts (DIRECTLY) within five minutes. Every other company was sending me to a third-party where I would have to explain over and over again to the workers what I wanted/needed. (Most of which unfortunately didn't speak English). Usually, I pick someone with reviews on yelp, however, the companies I called with over 10 reviews almost always sent my call to a third-party and or did not reply right away. I am so extremely happy that I went with my judgment on McCafferty home services. In addition, when Ron did not provide a service, he would either refer me to someone that did, or tell me the honest truth and to do some of my own vetting (example: movers/landscaping). MEANING, he did not send people my way unless he could vouch for them, and this meant a lot to me. At the end of the day, I am so incredibly happy with the craftsmanship, the timeline, and the kind demeanor of him and his team. Also, he sent pictures and videos every step of the way, which was so thoughtful and great for us, some thing he did not have to do. We can't wait to have him install our LED mirrors, paint the outside of our house, and see him once in a while to power wash our front and back yard. This may have been a pretty long review, but to be honest, I did not know how to sum it up and a short version. My 5 year old vinyl floors laid throughout my apartment began to buckle after 6 months after…read moreinstallation. The installer would come to my home and glue down the loose flooring. After a while the installer refused to come and repair the loose tiles. Over time I would not put up with popping floors. I called several flooring vendors and asked if they would come and remedy my flooring problem. I failed at securing any vendor to even come and look at my floor. I searched a well advertised contractor website that put my in touch with 3 flooring installation contractors. Of the 3 contractors, PERFECT SOLUTIONS & MORE far surpassed the other 2 contractors. The owner, Brian Miller, came to my home and told me about the history of his company. He assessed the conditions of my floor and showed me what is causing the vinyl flooring to pop up. The installer did not install a moister barrier to prevent wetness forming under the flooring. The humidity in the apartment created the moister on the cement slab and that is all she wrote. I had no choice but to replace the entire floor. Brian Miller was sympathetic to my demise. He took measurements and explained how the work would be done. Brian took me to one of his flooring distributors to select a new floor. Brian work some magic and got our flooring delivered rather quickly. His install team were impressively professional, neat and well experienced in the installation of flooring. The new floor is beautiful and SOLID!
