I travel internationally for work. 8 days (Mar 30-Apr 8 isn't 2 weeks) after the initial automated response from the owner, I replied back to see if he would respond to an appointment request. After a week of no response, I wrote my initial review. THEN the owner responds to berate me and say it's all my fault. Good luck with your business if this is how you treat customers...

I am Happy to say that I can highly recommend Michael Potts to Inspect your prospective home…read more We found a condo that my wife and I wanted to buy. We called Michael and he was able to schedule an inspection for the condo that we wanted buy and sign sales contract as a buyer. Michael and his son Mario showed up to do the inspection, for what ever reason three agents were there telling me that he inspected the same condo several months earlier and I was wasting my money. They were rude to Michael saying that they fixed the items he found last time. As it turns out they lost a buyer because of the issues that Michael had found. Micheal explained that he worked for the buyer and to please let him do his job. I told him we still wanted him to inspect and to verify what we were being told. Micheal was able to pull the last inspection to verify that the items that failed the previous inspection. He reassured me that he and Mario would reinspect everything and let me know where each item stood. Mario went into every craw space, cabinet and closet to ensure I would have no issues. Thankfully, in walking around the house with Michael, he was able to educate me on the issues he found and verify the new items had been fixed. He checked the new AC, appliances and the electrical to ensure that they were installed correctly. From Michaels advice I was able to sit down with the homeowner, we were able to get them to correct the items Micheal had found saving us money before we signed a contract. I'm so glad I was able to have Michael and Mario from Affordable Inspections help me make a smarter decision and save us some money!

They give you the feeling that they want to be there and that it's just not another job. It's an odd mix of a crew with the owners and management being Israeli and the contracting crew being Brazilian, but it works! They showed up for work promptly in the morning and went straight to work immediately, taking a break only for lunch. Pricing may be different than others, but that is up to you to decide. You get what you pay for and I got my money's worth here. Essentially you purchase all of the items you are remodeling like tile or a new vanity, for instance, and they charge for labor. Everything else is included. There is no worrying about time constraints. The job is one when everyone is satisfied.

Once we described what we thought we wanted the designer helped us make a cohesive design and then they did the same with the closet. We agreed with the price which was more reasonable than some of the others we received. And then the work began. Lots of people in and out all but everyone polite and conscientious. When the work was complete we were very pleased and extremely happy. The closet can now hold my husband's and mine clothes without need a set of drawers. We had to destroy the driveway, garage, kitchen, a bathroom and all the tile in our common areas (Living room, Florida, hallways, and of course the destroyed kitchen & bathroom). In addition, we had to re-pipe all of the sewer as the pipes had busted. Claudio said he could have it all done within 4 months and he was true to his word. He adjusted to the many expected surprises when remodeling an old home like electrical paneling having to be replaced, garage and kitchen configuration needed to be change to be brought up to code, kitchen manufacturer made mistakes, etc. Through it all, Claudio was honest and straightforward as to the situation and pushed everyone hard to get it all done in 4 months. I highly recommend CF Construction for any work you have large or small.

There are not enough words to say how happy I am with Ronald and McCafferty Home Services. I am new…read moreto the Florida area and my husband and I recently bought a home, so I called about 10-12 different companies to vet them about everything from painting (interior and exterior of our new home), to electrical work, to something more simple such as power washing. The reason why I picked Ronald was because out of the companies that I called he was one of one that actually answered and responded to my calls and texts (DIRECTLY) within five minutes. Every other company was sending me to a third-party where I would have to explain over and over again to the workers what I wanted/needed. (Most of which unfortunately didn't speak English). Usually, I pick someone with reviews on yelp, however, the companies I called with over 10 reviews almost always sent my call to a third-party and or did not reply right away. I am so extremely happy that I went with my judgment on McCafferty home services. In addition, when Ron did not provide a service, he would either refer me to someone that did, or tell me the honest truth and to do some of my own vetting (example: movers/landscaping). MEANING, he did not send people my way unless he could vouch for them, and this meant a lot to me. At the end of the day, I am so incredibly happy with the craftsmanship, the timeline, and the kind demeanor of him and his team. Also, he sent pictures and videos every step of the way, which was so thoughtful and great for us, some thing he did not have to do. We can't wait to have him install our LED mirrors, paint the outside of our house, and see him once in a while to power wash our front and back yard. This may have been a pretty long review, but to be honest, I did not know how to sum it up and a short version. I highly recommend anyone to use McCafferty Home Services and look forward to hiring them again. Thank you! Sincerely, Laureta (Elle) Cami
