This company has basically remodeled my entire house at this point. I bought my place about a year and a half ago. It wasn't in great shape, but I got it at a great price. These guys are from the same area in Jersey I'm from, so we hit it off right away. I initially called them to take a look at the house before I closed on it, to double check on the appraisal and inspection, and to give me a realistic idea of what it would cost to fix. Michael, the owner, came to the house himself and looked at everything. He knew my situation; I'm a young guy on a budget, that also wants my first house to look great without spending a fortune. Michael showed me a few things to do immediately, which ended up saving me a lot of money in the long run. They set me up with a roofing company to redo the roof over my addition. They were so fairly priced, I redid the whole roof. Great referral. While they had the roof off, Eco Pure Construction redid my interior lighting, installing high-hats in a house that had dome lighting on the ceiling (must have been fashionable back in 1960 when the place was built). I was also worried about loose wires that the prior owner had lying on the ground, exposed with worn out conduits. They were marked in my inspection report. I had Eco Pure dig these wires up, replace them, and ground them properly. I was so impressed with how quickly they completed the project and how fast they were able to get it done that I ended up doing several more electrical projects with them, including wiring new electric to my pool light and outdoor lighting. They even ran a solar cell so I have security lighting on the side of my house at night (I live on a main road so this is important to me). I had Eco Pure redo my Florida room last summer. They reframed it, reroofed it, and put up screen netting around the room to keep the bugs out. It looks awesome. Just a few months ago I had these guys build me a new wooden deck in my backyard, and lay pavers in a giant 14 x 10 area for my new firepit lounge area. I think the fire pit floor is more level than most people's homes. Oh, and I almost forgot these guys redid my kitchen floors as well. They sold me overflow tile from another job at a huge discount. Looks just like marble for a faction of the price. All in all, these guys do immaculate work for a really great price that didn't break my wallet. With the money I saved on each project, I was able to do more. That's why I keep calling them to come back. I don't typically go online to write reviews. I've never written anything online other than a Picplace post. Most people go online to whine and complain. I'm sure it's rare for customers to go out of their way to write something nice, when they have a good experience. Working with this company was a pleasure. Michael and Vincent have been helping me build my dream home in Wilton Manners. I bought the plot of land about 2 years ago, and my husband and I have been fantasizing about what we planned to build there. Eco Pure helped us build a house that has exceeded our expectations. I am obsessed, and I mean OBSESSED with low carbon foot print and "Go Green" initiatives. I'm not the type A personality that thinks that shopping at Whole Foods is giving back to the planet. I set a higher bar. With the help of the Delucas we put solar panels on the roof with capacitor batteries that help us store sun energy during the day to help power appliances, and lower our electric usage during peak hours where the costs are higher. Not only is this a huge cost savings in the long run, but we are also using less electricity when the rest of the power grid needs it the most. In addition, we have added a fresh water rain catch on the side of the home to catch, collect, and store rain water reserves. Down here in Florida we waste a lot of fresh and well water on our lawns. I can say that my grass and plants grow thanks to recycled rain water. We've even had these guys install special window tinting on our exterior windows, which increases as the sun hits them more directly. This helps the house stay cooler, and lowers the usage for electricity even further. We've gotten the house to the point where we can move in now, but we're far from finished. We plan on using Eco Pure for many more projects in the future, and my husband and I keep coming up with new ideas we want to implement. I gave 4 stars to be realistic. They would be a 5 star company, if Eric in the office cut his hair....it's pretty gross (sorry Eric). Other than that this is a great company. They are honest. They show up on time. They work hard, and never see their workers taking a siesta on the job. They've met their deadlines on time, and my husband and I are super enthusiastic that we were able to move in to the house slightly ahead of schedule. In Florida...the capital of laziness, this is a rare commodity. I would recommend this company to anyone living near Fort Lauderdale that wants a hard working, responsible contractor. read more

We have been extremely lucky to have found "Eco Pure Construction" for our major home remodeling project. They were the best contractors that we have ever worked with. They takes pride in their work and deliveries quality construction. They were on budget and on time. In fact we could have finished our remodeling 2 weeks earlier than planned, if we weren't waiting for materials to come in. Very easy to work with and extremely responsive. My wife and I hired Eco-Pure construction to do a complete home renovation to our house in Boca Raton. We met with the owner and from that day on it was the greatest renovation experience we both have had and this was our 5th full home renovation.
