Amazing company to work with! I called on a Friday afternoon low key panicking about a leak in my garage. The company sent over Zeke an hour later (he was in the area) and he knew exactly what the problem was and provided us with a quote. He told us to shop around and call them back if we were interested in having them work on our roof. Typically, I am skeptical of contractors as I work in commercial real estate. I had Renegade do 2 repairs to my roof and then used them for the full replacement. The 2 repairs were done as proposed and done professionally. The roof replacement was done as promised and done quickly. I can appreciate this more as I see issues my neighbors are having with delays due to labor and materials being available (one had a roofer go bankrupt after removing old roof and installing paper). William got the tiles in earlier than expected and subsequently scheduled the installation. The process went smoothly and he coordinated with documents needed for HOA approval and all permit issues. Super happy I found Americas Choice Contractors ad on Craigslist. We needed someone with a ladder to come and close 2 of our storm shutters before Hurricane Matthew hit. I waited a few weeks before I posted this review because I wanted to make sure I had some rain, wind, etc. The final verdict: 5 stars to Michael Jacobsen for the exceptional customer service he provided to us from estimate through repair and follow-up. And to Pedro for fixing our roof and reinstalling our shaky skylight! It's really, really hard to find a reliable and trustworthy roofing contractor with fair rates.Based on recommendations, I had reached out to a few other roofing companies and even a few handyman-types and they were all worthless and one was downright creepy. Michael contacted me promptly, gave us a good estimate and when the day came, Pedro showed up on time and ready to work. Michael arrived shortly after the job began and stayed through the whole thing, as well as popping out to get some unexpected supplies when the skylight situation emerged. He sent us real time pix of the work as it progressed and when they concluded, I felt it was a home run. But...to be cautious...I waited a few weeks and held my breath through some brutal downpours. Their work is solid and we have had ZERO problems. I had a silly question at one point about 3 weeks after the job was completed and instead of dodging me (which I might have done since the job was over and paid for) Michael called me RIGHT BACK and answered my question. I had my roof replaced in December 2019. I'm just writing a review now just to make sure there are no leaks etc. as time passes. Very happy with Bill Jr. and his crew. Old roof torn off and wouldn't you know it, it rained that evening before the crew could put the new roof on. It hadn't rained in weeks! Of course it leaked and ruined an interior ceiling. The son came promptly on a Friday to look at my leaky roof, and then said he wanted to return the following morning with a foreman in order to be able to write up an estimate. He said he'd call first thing in the morning, but didn't text until 11:45 - to say that they would not be coming after all. He proposed returning with his father on Monday and I agreed, stipulating that I would not be available from 2-5 pm. Monday morning, a few minutes before 9, I texted him asking him to set up a time so that I could plan my day. I got no reply at all, and he never showed up. By the time he texted on Tuesday to set up a time, it was too late. I'm not going to use a company with so little regard for my time.
