The finished work was not presentable, and the overall quality was essentially nonexistent. Another major issue was communication and following the customer's requests. Rather than completing the work according to what was discussed and requested, the owner repeatedly made decisions based on what he wanted to do. As the customer, I expected my instructions and expectations to be respected. Overall, I would not recommend this company. The lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and failure to follow the customer's requests made this a very frustrating experience.

They…read moretold us it would take one to two days and we were surprised considering the number and complexity of the jobs. Sure enough they came in the morning and worked tirelessly all day and completed all four jobs, including smoothing a cement wall, changing an area of drywall, changing baseboards, painting, changed the fascia and reinstalling an outlet related to patching a hole in an exterior wall. We are completely blown away with the attention to detail and the quality of work. PLUS they cleaned up the whole mess and left the leftover supplies. We are so happy. We immediately asked them if they were available to do more smaller jobs around the house and they were nice enough to do a couple of them that same day for a very fair price. Plus they were just nice and easy to communicate with. I would hire them again in a heartbeat without reservation. They are worth every penny. I am so happy and I will definitely be contacting them again in the future for any other jobs we have around the house.

Had an amazing experience with Innovative and it is a must share…read more I was looking for a contractor to help with a kitchen remodel at my rental in Ft. Lauderdale and since I leave in the Washington DC area, I had a limited amount of time to get things done. Alonso came highly recommended from the next door neighbor; feedback was great, but I was still uncomfortable, since I had met the neighbor only once. Alonso and I spoke over the phone and we hit it off from the start. The guy was undoubtedly knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. We met a few weeks later and planned the remodel. First thing I've notice he really listened to me and my lovely and picky wife. We've made a list of tasks, paid a deposit and flew back home, feeling very confident. Now the big, amazing, unheard off surprise. He actually delivered everything he promised and ON TIME!! yes, on time!!! He kept us informed of the progress, even the hiccups ( yes, this things are never perfect from begging to end) From flooring, to cabinets and beautiful quartz tops, everything looks amazing! Much better than our house in DC. I would recommend Alonso and his team to anybody. Just an all around great guy
