Vinyl Flooring throughout my bathroom and bedrooms. Clean cut and done with in a few hours.
Sang S.

Very quick in and out. Done in one day. Grouting and leveling was top notch. I really enjoyed working with Josh as he walked me through the whole process and was always available when I needed help picking out the floor or had silly questions. I would definitely work with him again when I redo my kitchen

a living room

These guys did a great job on my new floors! Josh the owner was only a phone call away. The only complaint i have was that its messy. But i find out later when you are cutting marble it is dusty and dirty! Would I recommend too notch? Yes i would! After all is said and done, i am glad i used them.

Patched the concrete board with cardboard. Not waterproof in the shower and very shotty work.

They were referred to us by another vendor we used - Floor Removal Services who did an excellent job on removing our tiles. The owner of Cutting Edge Floors came out to give us a quote for the floor installation. We only needed pricing for labor since we already purchased our tiles and materials. The owner was prompt for his appointment and very professional. He came with his state license and insurance information. He measured the floors and said he would send us a proposal. He did so in a timely manner. The proposal was fair and with a clear start and finish date. The owner himself came to do the tile with his crew. They arrived on time, went straight to work. They were very respectful and professional the entire time. The floor to say the least looks amazing - the owner is meticulous! They did everything they said they would. They even referred us to other vendors who had great services. We have additional tile work in our home to be done and would not give it to anyone else... We need more people like this, true professionals! I would highly recommend them - don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Great job! Mr. & Mrs. L. Lee

Matt and Nick showed up strong. Needed a 50+ year old large living wall mirror removed. Was an eye sore and quite cumbersome. You'd never know it was there now! Needed pretty extensive drywall repair, priming and painting. Looks totally on point. Blends in perfectly w/ the other 1/2 of my living room wall. Needed to also add baseboards. Looks equally as great. Elevated the entire area. High quality craftsmanship, good communication flow, punctual and very clean. All at a very reasonable rate. Def. recommend!

I was able to coordinate the best time for me to have him come in and clean the tile. I can honestly say the outcome was more than what I expected amazing job!! This could have easily been a 5-star review. Jose did a great job cleaning my tile between tenants…read morein my rental property. Unfortunately, when I moved the stove, I discovered that he left dirt under it. When I called him, he said he didn't clean near stoves because of the electric outlet. He should have told me that before he even took the job so I could have chosen someone who would clean that area or at least so I would have known what to expect. Then when I asked him to return to do that area, he said it would be $200 to come back. There were so many ways to have made me a happy customer. He could have just cleaned that 2 square foot spot by hand, he could have told me he won't clean under stoves so I could pick someone else, he could have let me just nask off that area with a cover so there was no risk of cleaning near it. Instead, I got nothing. So 5 stars, minus 1 for not telling me ahead of time about the stove, minus 1 for the exhorbitant cost to return, and minus another for not living up to his 100% satisfaction guarantee.

She does amazing tile work and she really helped me bring what I wanted to life. There were times where she knew exactly what I was looking for even though I didn't know how to describe it very well (total lack of imagination on my part ha). Somehow, she even made our tiny shower space in our master bathroom feel more spacious! Her team's drywall work is flawless as well. Shannon's attention to detail sets her apart from the rest and she always made sure to keep the space as clean as possible throughout the process. She also took care of some other renovations that we have going on such as painting, our kitchen backsplash, and a few other sentimental projects that are still underway including the pictured accent wall that I love soooo much. A million stars for Shannon. Thank you so much.

I contracted with this company for tile work in my bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom was to…read morereplace tile in the shower area, floor tile to include baseboards and bedroom floor. I later included the resurfacing of the bathroom walls which was an additional charge. The work commenced on a Wednesday and was supposed to take 7-9 days for the bathroom with the bedroom commencing about a week after the bathroom was completed but the actual time was 12 days. The added work was discussed and approved prior to the contractor giving the 7-9 day time frame. The work was progressing very slowly during the first week and only after my questioning the pace did the progress meet what I would expect of a contractor. I will say the end result looks nice but my concern is the bones of the work. The waterproof board installed was a good product but from what I have researched online was not installed the best way possible. The board was not brought down to the tub lip but instead had a large gap between the tub and the first board. To my knowledge the board should cover the tub lip and have ~1/8th gap between the tub surface and the board and this is not the case. I was told they would fill that with the caulk used for the product but IMO this was just not the proper way to do it; acceptable perhaps; but not proper. The joints were also filled with a bead of the caulk and from what I see should have looked more akin to a dry wall joint type installation. With that said the tiles look nice but I am concerned with longevity. The contractor also ran a wire to a new mirror I was having installed and the installer did not use a plastic bushing when pulling the wire through the box and did not tighten the connections. I only noticed this due to me changing the switch and outlet to match the new color and found charring on the GFCI outlet they pulled power from due to the wire not being connected properly; see picture. The missing bushing could have caused a cut in the wire over time and arcing which could potentially cause a fire. After the bathroom was completed and prior to my discovery of the electrical issues I asked when they want to start the bedroom at which time I was informed it would be a month because they found a bigger job. I found this unacceptable and cancelled the remaining work. I think the contractor CAN do nice work but they do not pay attention to detail and will take shortcuts so would not recommend them.
