We brought our Mastiff to train with Sit means Sit in the hopes of a more social and behaved girl…read more She unfortunately missed some of her socialization and developed a fear of unfamiliar people. They worked really well with her, gave her time to settle in. When I would drop her off in the am we greeted in a nice friendly way by Scott. Robert took her every morning and walked her around. I mentioned she was leery of the techs going to vans in the parking lot and he got her out there to observe them. Kendall her main trainer was a positive force for her and she really likes her now. (This is big for this girl and her fears) She has become more focused and listens much better. Took her to pickup curbside on our way home from class, normally she backs away from the curbside employee or tries to go up front. Today she sat nicely in the car, watched them and didn't try to get away from. Big improvement. I look forward to watching her become even more confident with her group classes. Highly recommend!

We were so lucky to have Josh as a trainer to work with our mischevous pup. He's enthusiastic and knows dogs really well, and his guidance is much appreciated. Josh is always willing to spend a little extra time after class to go over the nuances of training with us. We now work with Kendall who has been super helpful with pointers on how to sharpen Piko's skills. All in all, an excellent staff.

Mark from Off Leash K9 Training delivers real, consistent results with daily communication and true…read morereal, world training. This saving you time, money, and frustration. I wish I had found Off The Leash first because it would have saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of frustration. Before Ronnie came here, I had already paid, the Same Money for another board, and, train program through Dog Wise. Ronnie already knew her basic obedience commands before she went. We hired them because we needed help with her resource guarding and wanted her exposed to real, life situations and people. She came home knowing how to "place" on a cot, but that was about it. I tried to convince myself it was worth it, but in my heart I never felt like she was getting worked with every day. I received very few basic train videos or updates during her stay, and honestly, it felt more like she spent her time in a kennel than in training. She even came home without her personalized collar and leash. We did not receive any of the follow up sessions promised. I also spent a lot of money on private one-on-one lessons with another trainer through Sit Means Sit. Four 50-minute sessions later, I still wasn't getting the help Ronnie really needed. I spoke with two other companies that turned Ronnie down because of the outcome from Dog wise. Then we found Off The Leash. From the very beginning, it has been a completely different experience. Ronnie bonded with her trainer Mark almost immediately, and you can see how much he genuinely care about her. Every single day I get videos, updates, and a summary of exactly what they worked on, how Ronnie did, what they're building on next, and what I need to know when she comes home. I never have to wonder what's happening because they keep me involved every step of the way. The biggest difference has been the real-world training. Ronnie isn't just learning commands in a building. She's going on field trips to busy stores like Lowe's, pet stores, sporting goods stores, parks, and other places where there are real distractions. She's learning how to be confident and how to make good choices in everyday situations. I also love seeing videos of her in mark's home interacting with his family. Watching Ronnie become more relaxed, more social, and more confident has meant so much to me. As someone who works full time, travels for work, and is also a full-time caregiver, I simply don't have the time to give Ronnie this kind of daily exposure and consistency. That's exactly why I chose a board, and, train program, and this is the first time I truly feel like I'm getting what I paid for. I'm actually excited for the leash handover because I know they're going to teach me how to continue everything Ronnie has learned. They've made me part of the process instead of making me feel like someone waiting on the sidelines. If you're looking for a trainer, ask questions. Ask how often you'll get updates. Ask to see training videos. Ask how much real world exposure your dog will get. For me, Off The Leash has restored my confidence in professional dog training. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I will use them again.

Our trainer Cruz went above and beyond, he truly is a master dog whisperer. He corrected all the bad habbits our puppy had and kept us updated on his progression the whole way through. As well provided an in person lesson for my wife and I to help sustain the training. I recommend this company and if you want the results you are paying for you should ask for Cruz.

We just might be one of the most difficult cases LOMA has ever had. Our two rescues were fighting and we called LOMA in absolute desperation. They seemed to get along really well at first and then things went really wrong. We had no idea what to do. We were at a loss. Dr. Lorraine had to use every trick and tool she has to help our boys and to help us too! At that time, our two boys were about 2 years old. We had many so many trials and errors. Dr. Lorraine was incredibly patient with us. The training really was for us just as much as it was for our dogs. Our boys are now 7 years old and they have both made a complete turn around. They aren't the same dogs anymore. They have developed some good manners and they have learned to get along with each other. They actually enjoy having people come to visit versus having the meltdowns they used to have when someone set foot into our house. We have consistently kept Dr. Lorraine's instructions as part of our daily routine. The time and money we spent training our dogs was a very valuable investment for us. We very highly recommend them.

Please do not take your dog to this facility under any circumstances…read more My dog was injured twice in just three weeks while in their care--both times severely enough that he needed sedation, stitches, antibiotics, and pain medication. When we first started using this daycare, I noticed frequent billing errors and miscommunication, but I tried to be patient. Then things became more concerning. Three weeks ago, I boarded my dog while I was out of town. Within hours, I got a call saying he had been injured by another dog and had to be rushed to my vet for stitches. That alone had me seriously considering canceling his membership. But I decided to let him finish out the final week we had already paid for. On the very first day back, just hours after dropping him off, they called me again: he was injured--again. This time, they tried to blame him, saying he "escaped from his crate." Their stories kept changing, and I never got a consistent or honest explanation. Even the district manager admitted she didn't believe the injury was caused by the crate. When I spoke with the owner, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional--yelling over me, refusing to let me speak, and at one point told me, as I was crying over the phone, that he wouldn't "sit on the phone and listen to me cry" and that I needed to "pull myself together." I've never been treated with such disrespect and coldness. Since sharing my experience online, multiple people have come forward saying similar things happened to their dogs at this same facility. I trusted them with my dog's safety and well-being, and they failed him twice. Please don't make the same mistake. In response to Dogtopia and their comment, you only covered his stay because I demanded it. You also are responsible for his care so taking him to the vet because of his injuries caused by another dog is not going above and beyond. We were out of town so would you just leave him to suffer in his cage? You also state that his second injury is from escaping from his cage but if his cage was latched properly that would have never happened. I would also like to add that the vet said both injuries resembled each other they were just in different locations. This is not from trying to get out of the cage which your district manager Amanda agreed!
