What a great find! I stopped in because of the South Sound Book Crawl and my wallet trembled in…read morefear. They have an amazing curation of new and used books. I was impressed by the special editions they carried and was impressed by their reasonable pricing. My favorite part was seeing all the local authors featured! We have a lot of literary talent in the PNW and it's even better when purchased from a local bookstore. Come when you have plenty of time! I had to rush a bit because I was fitting it in while in the area and I could spend hours here. Each genre is filled with options and there are so, so many. Great service, the staff is really friendly and welcoming.

What attracted me to this bookstore is the fact I saw Bluey on the display. I then came in…read morerealizing this was a bookstore. I usually don't go to bookstore, but I thought this place was actually very neat with all the selections that were available on that day. The upstairs is for children's books, but I really had to dig 'round in the different bins for Peppa Pig as the bookstore manager confirmed Bluey is a more popular character right now because I made a comment that Bluey was everywhere and had its own little display section around the store. Anyway, I was able to walk out with one book for myself to read and other books (Peppa Pig and Bluey) for my daughter to read. Oh, this place sells new and gently used books. You can trade in your old books for store credits from what I remember from my conversation with the store manager. It's a neat store to check out books in my opinion as it isn't overwhelmingly huge like Barnes & Noble. It's cute and quaint. I was rather shocked with the foot traffic that the store was receiving on that Friday morning.

This location has really improved from the last couple of years. The store is kept clean and…read morestocked pretty well. Lots of assorted merchandise available. I recently revisited the store on 9/23/24 and 9/24/24. They had the Friends and Family 20% discount off your entire purchase. I signed up for the rewards which provided me with an additional 15% off on my next purchase. I was informed that I can stack the two discounts. My next purchase was on 9/24/23. I purchased quite a bit of merchandise to take great advantage of the 35% discount which was a steal! Customer service is excellent and the workers have been friendly and nice upon all my shopping experiences. I would return again.

One of the nicest Big Lots locations I've ever been inside with big energy to match. The layout is…read moresuper easy with regular sized isles and usually pretty full shelves. The Big Lots store of Puyallup is located in a very large shopping center next door to stores such as Total Wine, Pet Smart and across for the staple Walmart in the area. There is almost never a shortage of parking as this shared lot covers close to a football field stadium in size. They have great furniture on display though not the most comfortable (very firm), adorable patio and home decor, household items, food, snacks and tons more. Lois in front was extremely personable and helpful. She was a very thorough and attentive sales clerk and rang both my best friend and I up. She told us about the rewards program, which I forgot I had and even was able to save some money, which I'm grateful for... Everyone's got a rewards program so just sign up... It's free and easy. Big love for Big Lots - Puyallup.

Stopped by to pick up some supplies for my weekend of fun…read more Bathrooms are ok, not dirty but not clean. They had good inventory. They are clean on the inside. I took off a star because of the customer service. They staff isn't cold. They are friendly. It's just. They are so skittish. Always looking around. Always finding ways to avoid everyone. I just get this impression it's like "yes I'm here to help....if you can find me!!!" It's just seems so...."please come in, get what you need, and go". It just didn't feel right. Can't really put my finger on it. It's not that I didn't feel welcome. Mild neglect maybe?!?!? Maybe I felt somewhat invisible. It's weird. I'd come back for sure...but just to get what I need.

They really couldn't care less about their customers! It's so bad, my store of choice now is legit Walmart, lol! I remember hating Walmart but not anymore. It's not my favorite and never will be BUT I can and do find all I need there! And, I do like a lot of what they have and very often find products here, that I can't find at other places! Give it a shot! "One stop Shop..."! Unfortunately, that's all I can say! IF you choose to support Target still, even after all they have done publicly (even on the news etc ‍), stay away from the Bonney Lake one, especially! It's sloppy too and you can't get to anything, even some clothes without assistance! It's dumb! But, the main issue, is the 17-year old Security guard who wishes he was more, lol. He thinks he is so cool (yuk) but I think he forgot his role & I don't say this lightly! OR, shop around online! Thanks!

First time visiting this location. Floor plan varies from our usual location at Southcenter. Seems…read moremore focused on kids. Also the Sephora section, although probably exactly the same size, seems gigantic, like a huge black box dropped in the middle of the store (not attractive). Positive: If you are looking for clearance, this is your store. Clearance everywhere right now. Wish we had had time to browse that more as it was certainly very inviting in terms of variety, price, and amount. Service with a smile.

It's odd to me that Kohls decided to come into Bonney Lake. I don't know if we are really able to…read moresupport this store when they don't carry what folks out here use or wear. I know for our family we're practical & hard working. If my husband needs jeans we're at Walmart or go to Fred Meyer for Carhartt. He doesn't wear stretch skinny jeans. Kohls sells thin graphic tees, last years releases of Nike & Under Armor, suits, dress pants and has saddest shoe department you'll ever see. Mens and women's. Overpriced and the quality is terrible. The big & tall mens section has a hard to find sizes but the prints are ugly. The women's plus size section is half the size of the big & tall. Literally maybe 5 racks. That's it. It's right next to the workout clothes. I guess that's a not so subtle hint. Kohls is banking on bigger women also spending money on pricey workout clothes so we can move to the section of the women's department that actually has a selection to look at. The merchandise is just ok. Nothing to get excited about. The usual women's winter pajamas, cardigans, $9.99 fleece throws in the predictable prints. The home department has nothing to look at. Marshalls has a far better selection and their store is a fraction of the size. I like seeing new and interesting products but this is not the store for that. The staff is friendly. There's a lot of them now I suppose for the holidays. A lot of them. I think I saw 5 in the mens shoe department alone. There's a Sephora in the store that is always empty. Buckley, Orting, Enumclaw, Sumner, Bonney Lake. Do any of these women look like they spend hundreds of dollars on expensive makeup? If they do, will they keep coming back for more so you actually turn a profit? I'm not saying that the store is horrible. It wasn't a good idea but here it is. I give them 1 more year.
