I recently revisited the store on 9/23/24 and 9/24/24. They had the Friends and Family 20% discount off your entire purchase. I signed up for the rewards which provided me with an additional 15% off on my next purchase. I was informed that I can stack the two discounts. My next purchase was on 9/24/23. I purchased quite a bit of merchandise to take great advantage of the 35% discount which was a steal! Customer service is excellent and the workers have been friendly and nice upon all my shopping experiences. I would return again.

They have great furniture on display though not the most comfortable (very firm), adorable patio and home decor, household items, food, snacks and tons more. Lois in front was extremely personable and helpful. She was a very thorough and attentive sales clerk and rang both my best friend and I up. She told us about the rewards program, which I forgot I had and even was able to save some money, which I'm grateful for... Everyone's got a rewards program so just sign up... It's free and easy. You would think that this would be a quick and simple process... Not. We located exactly what we needed almost immediately. $2.59. Easy self-serve cash purchase and we would be right out... Not. Although there was almost no one at the self checkout, each and EVERY register was posted "card only." So much for self checkout. There were only two "human" cashiers open, so there were lines. So as we waited with our small single purchase and three dollars in hand... there we waited for several minutes. When we were finally rang up, the price was well over $3. And after checking our receipt on our way out of the store, we noticed that we were charge $2.99 plus tax... Needless to say, the shelf price was out of date. There was no visible management to be seen, and what should have taken us less than five minutes, was quickly reaching closer to twenty. And to top it off, the cashier didn't even have any quarters or dimes in their cash register... Change came in pennies and nickels. Terrible service from the bottom up. Next time we'll shop across the highway at Walmart.

I walked in to return 5 small items to the Amazon kiosk. A young man was helping me and had scanned…read moreone of the items. Then a young lady, Felicity, took over. The issue was that I stood there for a solid 2 minutes, no communication, while she fiddled with boxes. I finally said, 'can you finish taking my return?' She replied, 'I have shit to do first.' I said, 'excuse me?' I asked for her Manager. The manager (Heidi) came from the front of the store and was polite at first. Felicity kept saying things under her breath as Heidi continued to take the remaining items as returns. Heidi stated that she couldn't believe Felicity cursed. I had zero reason to make all of this up. There was then a customer behind me. When Heidi finished, I walked towards the front of the store. I stopped just behind some racks so they could not see me and Felicity said 'I don't know why she lied.' To which Heidi stated, 'don't worry about it. People don't need to speak to our associates that way.' First off, Heidi was nowhere near the kiosk when all of it initially took place. Second, I did not even raise my voice. Third, there was another customer there. Fourth, you are the General Manager and are acting this way? No wonder your associate was so out-of-line. She learns it from you and you encourage it to keep happening. The formal complaint is being sent. This was a ridiculous situation.
