I had issues getting my bike to start after I put a big bore kit. He found that the starter died and was able to order and replace the item in a few days. I also asked him to check the clutch leaver tension and do a full service. He isn't afraid to work on aftermarket installed bikes like all major motorcycle dealerships. Also, his workflow is pretty quick, compared to dealerships where it might take two weeks for a full service during peak season! I also brought him my wife's 2020 Honda Monkey to service and repair. He provides updates and videos of the progress if interested as well. We were able to follow the progress of the repairs. He provides great and reasonable pricing as well. I'd come back anytime!!

I brought Mike a Pro R build with a list of parts and electrical work that took me 6+ weeks just to procure and gave me nightmares thinking about trying to install it. From a Switch Pro to multiple sets of lights, spare gas tank, particulate separator, ball joints, fire suppression, seats belts, roof liner, spare tire carrier, horn, gps, whip lights, fans, gauges, skid plates, radio, intercom, etc..... Mike methodically and painstakingly took his time to carefully map out/plan and install everything. His attention to detail is epic; service loops, Loctite, hand tapping/threading, wrapping of looms, loom runs, flush cutting zip ties, deburring edges and lining with rubber, custom fabrication, etc.. The list just keeps going and going, plus his electrical work is the best I've ever seen. Mike's passion for what he does shows in everything he touches, no matter how small or large, it doesn't matter. It's 100% and nothing less. If you want the best, use SPS and Mike, period.

I had a bad experience with the Harley dealership, not pay attention to the work they've done on my motorcycle. Took it in for a 10,000 mile service and told him that the transmission was leaking. They said I would have to replace certain parts to stop the leak. I looked at the transmission housing and saw that it was missing a bolt. I changed the bolt myself and the transmission Stop leaking.
