I have lived in Denver for over 10 years and my experience here was the best I have had with a repair shop

I was told by a national auto repair shop/tire after I had my tires replaced that I needed new struts. I called my dealer and thier response was to give a quote. I have used Toyexus in the past for my Toyota and now that they do Honda I gave them a call. The first response over the phone was "seems a little early toreplace struts". After they inspected the car they determined no replacement needed. The best!!! They did my 60000 mile maintenece and went over thier reccomendations, answering my pointed cost benefit questions and we came to a mutually agreeable plan. No scare tactics or guilt trips. They take all the stress out of going to a mechanic. read more

These are THE NICEST, MOST HONEST people I have ever met in the car repair business. I have been bringing my Lexus here for the past 2 years for oil changes, routine maintenance and minor repairs. Their prices are always reasonable (and much, much lower than a Lexus dealer) and the work has always been done correctly and on time. I really can't say enough about how friendly, helpful and just all-around great these guys are. I just wish there were more than 5 Stars to give them. Truly an exceptional repair facility. read more

I took my Toyota Prius thinking that the breaks needed to be check since a light on the dashboard was on. I did read the yelp reviews, made a phone call and get an appointment for 8am. I took the car, talked to Paul. He checked the car and was able to resolve the issue.I was out on my way in less than an hour. Made an appointment for a simple oil change and informed them I was a new customer with an older Lexus (i.e., future work). Arrived on the scheduled day/date, they told me it'd be an hour, so off I went for lunch. Came back an hour later, saw my LX, figured it was done. Went in, they hadn't touched it. Waste of my time. Pissed off! if you can't schedule and do something as simple as an oil change within an hour, I'm sure as heck not going to believe/trust them doing a repair. I'm always astounded at businesses lack of simple service. read more

My family owns a gas station and garage in Wisconsin, so I am VERY picky about my mechanics!! Both my husband and I have been taking our Toyotas to Paul, Aaron and the crew for almost four years, and we've been extremely happy with the service and the prices. I have had both routine service done and some pretty major brake work done, and my Rav 4 drives as well as it did when I bought it five years ago. I felt comfortable with these guys after learning how bad I was ripped off by the dealer. They diagnosed the problem correctly and I was able to leave the lot with confidence in my car that I didn't have leaving the dealer that misdiagnosed the issue initially. They were able to explain the problem, took pictures of the problem, and were patient with me as I was gaining an understanding of the issue. Have taken my Tacoma there for several things big and small and always get what I feel is an honest evaluation with a complete explanation of what needs to be done. If can wait 6 months they tell me so. Only had one bad experience...took truck into dealer for a recall check and they showed me missing nuts and bolts on a bracket that holds the transmission, could have dropped out in a few months. Toyexus was last ones to work on truck, dealer was surprised because they said Toyexus as a good shop. Informed Paul of situation, he was embarrassed and apologetic, said mechanic who worked on truck had been fired, he gave me a discount on next service work done with them. read more

I have taken my Honda Accord to this repair shop numerous times, and thought I was being treated fairly. However I just recenlty took my car in for some work and when I picked up my car they told me I needed a new battery and brakes. I just replaced my battery with a brand new one 2 months ago as well got new front and rear brakes about 3 months ago. Needless to say this will be the last time I take my car there!! read more

I brought my car in after the power steering went out after hitting a curb and after looking over the car they told me it would cost anywhere from five to ELEVEN THOUSAND dollars to fix what I knew was fairly minor damage. After hearing this I obviously got insurance involved and they encouraged me to take it to another shop after looking at the car themselves. They got the broken part and installed it for a total of $900. Makes me wonder how many other people who are young like me or who don't know about cars have been taken advantage of by this shop and paid ridiculous amounts for repairs and never knew any better. read more

I've been taking my car here for years and I couldn't be happier. They do a great job and never try to push me into repairs my car doesn't need. I had an issue with a part that was under warranty, they immediately had the new part ordered and the next day had it installed. At this point I am confident that I can just tell them I'd like to know if the estimate is over a certain dollar amount. I can be sure if it isn't even close to that given amount they won't make up repairs to get more money. I will not take my car anywhere else. 10 years old and 120k miles and they keep it running great. I highly recommend them if you want honest, affordable, and reliable service. read more

Just had the best first impression with a auto repair business ever! Got a flat tire and went to change it only to find the lug nut key was missing. Luckily a friend drove by Toyexus and saw it was only a block from my house (what luck!) and recommended going to see if they could help since I have an older Lexus. I walked over and Paul was very considerate and said they could come take the lug nut off for me at no charge in just an hour. Luckily I found the key for the lug nut in the meantime but when I called to let him know they didn't need to come take the lug nut off he said they would still come and change the tire for me! Within 30 minutes Paul and Jose showed up and quickly changed my flat. I cannot express how grateful and impressed I am with the quick and generous assistance they gave me.
