I have been feeding my dog whole, natural foods for a year and a half now and it has really made a difference in her coat, her weight, her health, and general demeanor. She is a healthier and happier dog, and I intend on continuing that way, so provided this works out for us, we will probably continue with Napa Fresh dog food service for years to come. I also liked that the majority of their tanks (if not all, can't really remember) were community tanks, so you could see which colors and fish went well with one another - much more helpful than having to imagine for yourself when building out tanks. Most fish stores keep breeds separate. They have solid policies in place including a 7 day return policy on fish. They also ask you bring in water samples in the event a fish dies on you and WONT sell you new fish until you can provide quality water samples. This is a fantastic business practice in my opinion. They are also very helpful and love talking about the pets they sell. I will definitely be using them for my future tanks. (They also had very cute puppies)

While I appreciate her attention to detail, she could have at least contacted us PRIOR to appt - after we made an effort to drop paper work off. VERY disappointed- she was highly recommended !
