Yes, he did have a few mats, but no one has complained that was an issue in the 7 years I've been taking my dog there. I don't think she wanted to groom my dog, he has long hair and takes a while to dry. Since I was 13 minutes late, and she had us wait another 5 minutes, that was enough time for her to cancel. I am trying them out for the first time, but their ethics of creating nutritious dog food for dogs seems to be informed by a vet and years of experience. I have been feeding my dog whole, natural foods for a year and a half now and it has really made a difference in her coat, her weight, her health, and general demeanor. She is a healthier and happier dog, and I intend on continuing that way, so provided this works out for us, we will probably continue with Napa Fresh dog food service for years to come. I went through a phase of making my own dog food and learning all about the essential nutrients and food portions, but because of how time consuming it was, for the expense of it and the time it really was just better to seek out a dedicated business that offered this service. We opted for the bestseller variety pack so we can try a variety of meal proteins and flavors and I thought that for a 50 lb dog, 21 days' worth of high quality food was reasonably priced. I also liked that the majority of their tanks (if not all, can't really remember) were community tanks, so you could see which colors and fish went well with one another - much more helpful than having to imagine for yourself when building out tanks. Most fish stores keep breeds separate. They have solid policies in place including a 7 day return policy on fish. They also ask you bring in water samples in the event a fish dies on you and WONT sell you new fish until you can provide quality water samples. This is a fantastic business practice in my opinion. They are also very helpful and love talking about the pets they sell. I will definitely be using them for my future tanks. (They also had very cute puppies)

My primary concern when I board my dogs is that they are not in a cage for the entire day and get plenty of playtime with other dogs in a large area. Preppy Pet ensures that your dog is supervised and gets as much playtime and exercise as they need. They have a good sized outdoor play area as well as a large indoor play area for inclement weather. The staff is very friendly, listens to your concerns about your pet, and cares about the well-being of the dogs that are in their care. The prices are exremely fair and will not make you go broke if you need to board your dog over a weekend. I feel great in knowing that I never have to go anywhere else for a kennel. Arrived next day of grooming - they would not groom our pups as they were over 10 yrs! No mention of this after receiving our proof of vaccinations which clearly states age nor is there anything I could find on their website about age restrictions. She stated that was her experience. While I appreciate her attention to detail, she could have at least contacted us PRIOR to appt - after we made an effort to drop paper work off. VERY disappointed- she was highly recommended !
