After an extremely emotional and stressful year, we were excited to have a peaceful and joyful getaway. Sadly, this experience was a complete letdown. The most heartbreaking part of the trip was when my daughter severely injured her toe on broken flooring near the pool. The gash was deep, and she could not wear shoes comfortably for the rest of the trip, including during her birthday party and special activities. The pool was freezing, and the hot tub was not working, which we were told was due to the hotel not having a proper humidifier in the budget. If we had known that upfront, we never would have booked. When I returned on June 11 to search for her sentimental anklet, which was a gift from her late great-grandmother, the manager, Simon, brought up my earlier honest (but negative) review and made it clear he was holding it against me (without actually confirming that to be his intention). He was condescending, unprofessional, and overshared about the hotel's financial issues that honestly have nothing to do with me as a customer, or locating my daughter's anklet (which I made clear was the reason I went back to the hotel). In my opinion, he did not assist with locating the anklet to the best of his ability. To make matters worse, on Friday night a man whom I had never seen before knocked on our door, claiming I had received multiple noise complaints and would be kicked out if we received ONE more. Unfair because I would have certainly ensured we were quiet if made aware of the FIRST complaint. His tone and threat that we could be kicked out caused me serious anxiety. It felt intimidating and inappropriate. I also experienced nausea and stomach discomfort after eating the waffles served at breakfast, which added to the overall discomfort of the trip. Despite all this, I want to acknowledge the positive staff. The gentleman running the breakfast area was kind and made the dining experience enjoyable. Front desk receptionist Daisha was pleasant and helpful, and the cleaning crew was respectful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Simon or the man who approached our room. This stay failed us in every way that mattered. I have documented everything and plan to pursue further action if this is not addressed. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless serious changes are made to safety, professionalism, and basic customer care. I decided not to attach photos of my daughters injuries or the broken floor in the pool due to legal advice to save them in the event that this event lands us in court to settle the dispute, but I will most definitely be updating and/or leaving an additional review with the photos included if this issue is not resolved in a timely manner. Instead, I will just add a photo of her in the room and us at the pool that was too cold for me to get all the way in and for the girls to stay in for longer than five minutes at a time before getting out shivering so badly that they couldn't speak until they warmed up.

We set it for 66 to sleep but when we woke up groggy at 3, it had only gone down to 71. We turned it off and on, plus used the fan feature, no difference. The room vent is located by the kitchen, not the bed, so keep that in mind. The bathroom door slides, is heavy and does not have a true handle as it can retract fully in the wall. Based on that lack of handle, it was occasionally difficult to close and open. Due to the time, we did not want to try to switch rooms as we had to leave for a family obligation in a few hours in the morning. The carpet remained soaked for several days, and guests were never notified. Shortly thereafter, we began experiencing coughing and sneezing, and there appears to be possible mold in our room, along with exposed pipes. This presents a significant health concern. On February 18, water service was shut off for approximately five hours with minimal communication beyond a note posted in the elevator. There are no Do Not Disturb signs available, and housekeeping has repeatedly knocked once and entered without allowing adequate time to respond. Additionally, there has been resistance from some staff in fully cleaning the room despite our extended stay. At check-in on February 10, Georgette Lake, Director of Sales, behaved unprofessionally by interrupting both myself and the front desk agent, speaking over us, and discussing unrelated matters on her phone while leaning over the counter. I immediately reported this to the General Manager, Jason, who advised me to proceed with filing a complaint. On February 19, Jason approached my sister outside and asked, "Just out of curiosity, are you guys still staying here?" Given our prior concerns, this interaction felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. That same evening, a man was passed out and vomiting in the hallway near our room from approximately 10:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., creating noise and disruption. We had to contact the Assistant General Manager Bryana ourselves for assistance. On February 20, while reviewing receipts and statements, I noticed a charge of $171.30 in addition to $1,199.10 already charged for February 10-17. The front desk agent Samantha who is great resolved this issue. We were never contacted from the General Manager or Director. Additionally, our current stay has been billed day-by-day following a check-in processing error on February 17th. Guest Service agent Lucky called to our room around 11:20am on February 17th and asked what's the status of our stay. My mom asked does she see our stay from the 17-22 and she said yes just come down and check back in. Twenty minutes or so later she called back and let us know she took care of check in and we just need to get our keys. ILLEGALLY DONE BTW! A guest service agent is NEVER supposed to check you into a room without you being present. How was she able to do so without MY CONSENT? An hour or so later she was knocking on our door with rooms keys. This situation caused us to be billed day by day causing more billing issues and confusion. Once again management never contacted us. The assistant manager Bryana came to help on The morning of our checkout and was visibly annoyed when helping with our billing issue which WE didn't cause so I'm not sure if she was just annoyed by the situation or with me idk. Between the flooding, potential mold exposure, water shutoff, housekeeping boundary violations, disruptive hallway incidents, billing discrepancies, and unprofessional leadership conduct, this stay has caused significant distress. We chose Hilton because of its mission to be the world's most hospitable company by creating heartfelt guest experiences, and this experience has not reflected that standard. Could hardly get sleep some nights because of kids continuously running above us and in the hallways. AGAIN NO ONE CALLED TO APOLOGIZE OR EVEN INQUIRE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED ON THE MANAGEMENT TEAM!
