The only good thing I have to say is that the technician said he had only been in country for a few…read moredays and he worked hard. Besides that, they wouldn't give me a quote over the phone. Once he started he could not get the door open and it took around an hour after he finally ended up just grabbing the door handle to open the door. They charged me a full $230, which they said at the beginning when he got there was only $180, but then up-charged to $230 "with service". How was I supposed to unlock my door without "service"? After paying the outrageous price, having my car door badly damaged as you can see in the pictures, and waiting a crazy amount of time to access my vehicle, the technician then proceeds to hold me hostage and force me to log into my google to give them a good review, which he wrote himself!! After he left I noticed the damage to my door and on the drive home immediately felt and heard the air rushing in. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for a non-premium service just to cause more money in damages. I will update this review after I have taken the company to court for damages, or another resolution has been reached. They said they could help and sent a technician to our home. He spent over 2.5 hours trying to make a new key, but it quickly became clear he didn't know what he was doing. I eventually had to ask him to stop. The next day, we got a proper replacement key from BMW. However, when we tried to start the car, we discovered the battery had been drained and the internal computer system was malfunctioning--due to the locksmith's unsuccessful attempts. Even the BMW dealership couldn't fix the issue. We eventually had to take the car to a third-party mechanic, who was finally able to resolve everything after about a week. It was a frustrating, expensive, and completely avoidable situation. I'd strongly recommend being cautious before using this company's services. TLDR, dont use In-n-Out locksmith. spend the money for a proper solution and learn from our $1200 mistake

I had an emergency with my front door where it is old, had broken, and was a major security risk as I could not secure the door from the outside. I was desperate to have someone look at it, hoping to get any help possible, and had called 3 local lock & key operations. I had a visit from another outfit who left me with a $200 bill and no actual resolve, because the lock was busted beyond what they could fix on the spot. Easter's had given me a window prior to the other guy coming out. So, when he left, I called Easter's to see if I should still have them come out, or if the guy that came from another company had done everything that they would have done. The lady from Easter's who helped me (I feel so badly that I've forgotten her name) was so incredibly nice and helpful. We were back-and-forth via phone and email for over an hour, at which point she agreed that her technician would likely run into the same problem of the lock being so badly broken, it wasn't something they could fix on the spot. Even though they never actually came out, I felt as though they were so willing to help, thorough, and really made me feel like they went the extra mile for me, without even coming here to do the work.
