I have an autoimmune disease that causes me to have a cough and have attacks on occasion in two events I had an attack while I was doing my laundry here. This member of staff has vocalized her feelings twice out loud in front of customers and staff regarding my coughing. Her name is Jessica Jarvis just in case anyone else has come under the same harassment as I have. I spoke to her once already regarding this. I chose not to disclose my condition to her but let her be aware that not everyone coughs simply because they have allergies and asthma but have certain conditions. She chose not to respond. But I then went in there again today and I was leaving the parking lot again heard her outside vocalizing her opinion on my cough. This is harassment and prejudice as someone who does have a condition I don't feel I should have to leave a laundromat I have used for years simply because someone once to bully me about a side effect of my condition. I have otherwise enjoyed the peace and cleanliness of the facilities up to this point. The other staff members are kind especially the woman who works in the mornings. She's always nice. Just beware of the tall blond woman who works at nights and you should be fine.

As mid thirties man with inclinations towards procrastination these services are life changing. I'm notorious for leaving laundry in various incomplete states. Oftentimes I'll leave loads wet in the machine only to remember them days later, finding it in a dank stinky ball resulting in my having to run it again. My two month old 30 pound pile of laundry was dropped off and transformed into clean, sorted, folded, and hung hygienic bliss in less than 24 hours by the lovely Ahraina?? with a big old smile. I of course felt compelled to offer this beautiful purveyor of laundry heaven a gratuity of the monetary sort. It is now Sunday and I'm sitting in my clean house, with a clean bedroom where all my clothes are folded, hung, and neatly put away while watching the Patriots, reveling in the satisfaction of knowing all my chores are complete. Best damn 30 bucks this man has spent that didn't involve drugs, alcohol, or morally loose women.

I wanted to make sure I had enough change for the dryer so i walked over to them on the back wall to find every single dryer is out of service with a magnet over the change slot the size of a business card. How on earth was anyone supposed to know that the dryers where out of service and why would you wash your clothes and then not dry them........ I tried to call the shops phone number multiple times and it is off the hook. A sign on the door when you walk would have been nice and a sing maybe on the washers saying you can wash not dry? SOMETHING! ANYTHING! A Terrible experience. And I left with wet clothes......Now I have to trevel with wet clothes to the usual place I go too.

I've used a few other laundry mats in the area over the last 10 years and I'm the most satisfied with this one. The wash/dry/fold prices are the best around. The ladies that work there all quickly learned my name and always greet me with a "hi Caitlyn!" when I walk in, which I love. My clothes are always clean, smell fresh, and are neatly folded and well organized. I've been going there for maybe 8 months and I haven't lost anything or received anyone else's clothes, which is a common issue with this kind of service. I believe the hours are 7am to midnight, but it's not listed anywhere online and there isn't a phone number for the place that I could find, so at the beginning it was kind of a gamble trying to stop in at a weird hour.

(July 1, 2015) I usually go there 945-10pm because the closed at 11 plus on top of that I'm only using the dryer, because my dryer is broken. I went today this lady right before I can enter told me they closed, but I've told her I always come around this time and they are open. She didn't want to hear it. I'm not trying to make this about race, but I think this lady is racist because there was this white guy in there washing his clothes, how the hell are closed? I can assure you I'll never go back to this place, I'll take my business elsewhere or until this lady doesn't work there anymore. I'm going to all call manager tomorrow. This is unacceptable even for a laundry mat. Not all of ladies working there are like that, only this one.
