RUINED A 1940's FAMILY HEIRLOOM *Would rate as 0 if an…read moreoption* I brought in my late grandmother's 1940's cocktail dress; black silk with San Francisco style pleats on top, shoulder rested straps with tasteful scoop on front and mild V cut on back, silk bottom with sheer black over lay and hem lined with real Ostrich Feather. She gave this to me many years ago to wear to my Senior Prom, I wanted to have it cleaned to wear to her Funeral. Prior to taking it in, it had some dust from the 80 years of life, but looked amazing still. I brought it in two weeks before the funeral (which is this Monday 9/28/20200), the first time I picked it up there was no change to the cleanliness or appearance at all. I asked for my $40 back so I could take it elsewhere since I only had a week left to get the dress in order. He insisted he would make it right, asked to give him until Friday (the weekend before Funeral) and assured me it would be right. When I picked it up on Friday 9/25/2020, the dress was dustier than in my closet and RUINED! There is a hole is the bottom front side of skirt, wrinkled beyond belief, the dust that originally was only on the arm pits and seam between the top and bottom is now everywhere! The fabric also feels as though its at any moment is going to curmble. I am ashamed to wear this once amazing piece of history to lay my grandmother to rest. Forgot to mention, I also had just picked it up from the tailor, immediately before taking to be cleaned, so it would fit me like it once did and look fresh. To further give you a better sense of how treasured this dress was to me, and the effort put into reviving it to pay homage to my Grandmother and her priceless (irreplaceable) vintage dress. I asked for my money back, he walked away from me, turned the volume up on his radio and ignored me. I refused to leave and kept asking for a refund, completely frustrated and so upset at this point. He finally comes back and says to me "My english is not so good, I don't know what your saying"!! Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone who has items of value!

I have been using this cleaners for the past 6 months, and we are very pleased. All the work has…read morebeen great and there has been zero damage to any of our clothing. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they appreciate our business. It is convenient to where I live and the hours are great for anyone that commutes to work (they stay open until 7pm.) They are by FAR more reasonable cost-wise than a cleaners that I tried in Stapleton off Martin Luther King. I was even short a couple of dollars in cash the other day because I did not know how much my husband had dropped off, and the super nice guy that works in there told me not to worry about it. I insisted that I leave one piece and come back for it with the additional $3...he insisted that I take all of my pieces and have a great evening. I really appreciate that and they earned my repeat business! They also do alterations there, but I cannot speak to the quality of that work yet. We will have them hem a few pants in the very near future, and I will give an update. The only reason that I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they do not accept credit cards - cash or check only. Parking is always very easy to find as well.

One Hour Quality Cleaners - WATCH OUT. If a garment gets ruined they will not take responsibility, and will "dare" you take them to court.

I must have high standards for dry cleaning and this place doesn't quite cut it. It is far from a…read moreone hour service. When I drop off on Saturday morning the pickup is typically on Thursdays. Luckily I can plan for this but I've always been used to next day pickup for 75% less than what I've paid here. Though very friendly, the women working the front always seems lost. She's asked me on multiple occasions on how to work the register and credit card machine. How was I supposed to know? I assume the manager gave her little training. I have come in before and other people's drop offs would be all over the counter, I'm honestly scared they will lose something. I only come here because of the location, they're building more all over Stapleton so hopefully a better option will come up soon.

But, will not reimburse me as they do not feel it was their fault; even thought the hole was not there when I brought the jacket to her. She says it is my fault because she "thinks" it might have been the type of stain that caused the hole. This is the worst kind of business owner. She acknowledges she did something wrong. But, in her words, "I would rather you take me to court than pay you anything." I don't post often. I do it only when something is so blatant I feel I need to warn other people. DO NOT GO TO THIS DRY CLEANER. If they mess up your clothes, they will not take responsibility, and she will quickly tell you to take her to court because "her brother is an attorney." Please don't make the same mistake I did by trusting this business.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! I've never experienced such a frustrating situation and expensive. I've wasted…read moreover $50 here and had a problem every time. The first time both of the large machines left my clothes in a pool of water smelling like mildew so I had to wash them again and use the dryer much more than normal. I told staff who said I would be refunded for this incident. I went to another laundromat with the same machines that were in working condition and smelled fine then used the dryers here. I made the mistake last night of taking my stuff back here to the washers. In doing so the same thing happened my stuff was left smelling like piss and mildew and in a pool of water. I think it's part of a shady business idea to make your clothes wetter so you have to spend more money on the dryer. I went to my car to grab yet bake her $6 in quarters and upon returning they locked the doors earlier than advertised so my stuff sat inside overnight gathering mil dew and I couldn't access it. I called the next morning brought up the first incident and how I was told I would be refunded which all the sudden was taken back. In addition to the incident last night I was told I could have a free load! Why would I want to use these stinky problematic washers ever again!? Anyways I was talked down to very condescending as if I've never used a laundromat before. This place stinks and their largest most expensive washers do not work and will make your stuff wetter so you have to spend more money drying. I was told the first time I out too little in the washers then too much but yet got the same result!? Terrible customer service, very dirty and you'll be approached by homeless people asking for quarters. If you have any kind of problem you won't be refunded and you'll be treated like an idiot but more importantly your clothes will smell worst coming out then they did going in. So I've been using Laundromats for over a decade consistently I'm well equipped on how to use these machines.
